It is common to encounter technical issues with app, but normally there are options to contact developer to report them...but not on ParkWhitePlains, at least functioning option.

Got a ticket during a valid parking session?
Well, there is an option in Support, which ask you to Tap, but it doesn’t work!

Tried to report an issue with Contact Us in Support?
Yes, but there is no response!

Tried to upload a picture with Contact us message windows with the button?
Yes, once you uploaded the picture, you can’t navigate back or click Ok or anything like that, so you are forced to close ParkWhitePlains , and start all over again. But, it won’t work either.

Tried to text with HELPME at the phone number they give you?
Well, no matter what you write, you will receive "didn’t understand the question. please cal us" again and again, without providing you a phone number to call, even when you ask a simple question like "what is the phone number?", you will receive the same message again and again...

All the parking apps, I have been using, there is always a way to contact the technical support to report any issues that works, but not with ParkWhitePlains.

Sounds like, they don’t want to be contacted to help users at all...

Very frustrating to say the least

Downloaded app months ago, parked once & app charged my credit card $10 of which $1.20, was used for that episode of parking. Probably would have used cash if I realized they’d take $10. Now app loads asking for zone number. Tap numbers on keyboard for zone & nothing happens. App appears frozen. Reloading it doesn’t help. They have $8.80 which I want back. Don’t tell me City of White Plains can’t get this fixed. I’m not the only one complaining recently. Sort reviews by most recent & check it out.

Couldn’t pay for parking using ParkWhitePlains and had to risk getting a ticket. App would freeze when selecting Apple Pay to pay with my iPhone. Deleted and reinstalled app to no avail. No one answered when calling the support line and no way to leave a message. Also tried paying using the web interface and got an “wallet error” when trying to enter my credit card. Very frustrating and time consuming, not sure how I’m going to pay for parking, and I definitely don’t have the time to mess with all this while trying to be on time to my appointment! And I might get a parking ticket on top of it!

I have been using ParkWhitePlains for years with no issue. This past weekend I was parked in a garage in White Plains. I grabbed lunch with a friend and never received the notification to extend my time as I had hundreds of times before. I wasn’t sitting with my phone timer on as I have always relied on ParkWhitePlains to ask me to extend. I never received the 10 minute warning and prompt to extend. ParkWhitePlains has bugs in the system that the developers don’t want to acknowledge. I walked away from the lunch with a parking ticket.

I use this to park at a lot by the train station. Every two weeks, it stops recognizing my work commuter benefit card, and I have to delete my whole history and ParkWhitePlains , then download it again. Obviously this is a huge problem when you’re trying to quickly catch a train. So many bugs in this stupid app!!

I used to love ParkWhitePlains given the convenience. Although it was a hassle to add time (15 minute increments), it was a good app. In the last 30 days, I’ve gotten two tickets although I paid via app. When I called for help, person was rude and basically told me I had to go to court and waste a day. Twice in 30 days! Paid ticket both times even though I have proof of payment via app. Terrible customer service and app doesn’t work. Called for help. Person other end was rude and obnoxious. Clearly not trained to deal with customers. Use at your own risk.

I’ve been using ParkWhitePlains for years one day I logged in and my account has been reset, everything lost, two pre-funded wallets disappeared and gone. Contacted customer service on seven different occasions each time they provide a cookie cutter answer, but are unable to resolve any issue. It seems like a Chatbot is just closing the case without solving the problem. I am now disputing the charges on my credit card since they’ve stolen my funds and can’t seem to find the account.

I’m a very critical person. These days I tend to see the cup half empty. So when I say that an app is doing everything it supposed to do, take it as a compliment. ParkWhitePlains works every time, allows you to extend the time, and I can use it all over White Plains. The only criticism that I have is that it charges you to use ParkWhitePlains , which is unfortunate

Such a handy app that keeps your stress away of putting coins or extending parking after the expected time. The developers did a good job, never crashed once so far in almost two weeks I've been using it for.

I could not believe how smoothly the setup went, especially for an app that I expect would have a very limited user baseI have spent so much more time with other installs. This one was extremely easy. And the actual use was also very simple and straightforward. I have seen the future and it works.

I hate using the parking meter machines, especially if you're paying by card, which most of us do anyway. ParkWhitePlains, as long as you obtain the correct parking zone number, is a time saver. I mostly use it at the train station and it's friendly interface allows me to catch incoming trains in a pinch! The time extension option is excellent for those that commute to the city.

I pull in I type in my space number and boom out and gone. No need to run to the pay station all set up on ParkWhitePlains it's great and quick and if I need to add time wherever I may be it's literally seconds! Love ParkWhitePlains!

You nice you save your payment method, it's super quick to pay for parking. My favorite feature is checking how much time is left and extending if needed.

Once you have a credit card saved ParkWhitePlains becomes a huge time saver. You just put a zone and space number in, pick the time length, and that's it.

A lot of cities have weird digital-pay parking systems and WP has the easiest one. I can update it if I need a longer stay, and I never have to worry about forgetting my wallet!

First time using ParkWhitePlains, and I can tell you it’s definitely better than ParkNYC. It’s basically hassle free. The best part, you can extend and even after the extension it lets you park again!!!! Wonderful! Thank you!

Just very helpful, the biggest perks of living in White Plains are the convenience of the downtown area and getting to NYC in 40 minutes. The parking infrastructure is great as-is, but this makes it even better.

ParkWhitePlains makes parking and meters so much easier. The ability to easily add time so useful. No more running out of a restaurant to add time. Well done. Just don't ruin it. It does it's job and does it remarkably well.

This is a game changer not having to go outside to pay the meter is great when you are in the middle of things !

Yes I am willing to pay an extra 20 cents to avoid getting tickets! It gives you the option to add time without running back to my car and gives me a heads up when my time is up.
