How to fix RSA SecurID Authenticate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RSA SecurID Authenticate app on iPhone
Update RSA SecurID Authenticate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RSA SecurID Authenticate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RSA SecurID Authenticate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RSA SecurID Authenticate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.

Force Stop the RSA SecurID Authenticate App
1. On android, goto Settings » RSA SecurID Authenticate » click [Force Stop]

Update RSA SecurID Authenticate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RSA SecurID Authenticate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RSA SecurID Authenticate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RSA SecurID Authenticate.

Fix RSA SecurID Authenticate unable to contact server/ RSA SecurID Authenticate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RSA SecurID Authenticate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RSA SecurID Authenticate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RSA SecurID Authenticate
