I have a problem with Ryver

User reports:
No current problems

- The Smart Keyboard with the iPad Pro does not allow for sending chat messages with the "Enter" key.

- Group messaging is not available unless an admin creates the group.

- Anyone can create a topic, which can make it messy.

- Push notifications on mobile are only received when mentioned in a comment.

- There is no way to change the push notification sounds for the mobile app on iOS.

- The loading animation on launch is annoying.

- There is no way to change the timing of the "auto-away" setting.

To resolve Ryver network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Ryver App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ryver » click [Force Stop]

Clear Ryver App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ryver » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ryver.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ryver » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ryver » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
