Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AWS Events app issues:

Force Stop the AWS Events App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AWS Events app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AWS Events to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AWS Events App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AWS Events app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AWS Events.

Fix AWS Events unable to contact server/ AWS Events internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AWS Events » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AWS Events » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
