I was trying to log into the Downdog app on my new phone but it won't let me log on. It says it can't access my email which is on Facebook.

I canceled but was chg $14.99 overnight and would like a refund

I cancelled my subscription last year, but am still getting charged $19.99. The "subscription" that I'm supposed to have is not on my iPhone or my Macbook, so I cannot cancel the subscription. And apparently there is no way to contact downdogapp.com directly either by phone or email. Does anyone know how to contact this company to cancel?

I have been using Downdog for 2 years without problem. My subscription ended 3 May 2022. I have just renewed it but the App continues to ask me to pay and I can’t access downdogapp. Can you please help me? Thanks Christine

On two occasions, I practised yoga last thing in the day and the session end time was midnight or a minute past midnight..meaning breaks in my streak. I'd love if there were a way for the app to detect on which day the majority of one session occurred and count that day instead of only taking into account the session end time.

I just saw you charged me $14.99. What was that for?

My 2nd yearly subscription was paid on 6/5/2021. But today (10/13/21), I can't use the app. and asked to sign in. I used the same email address the app. showed there didn't have any record of this email . Then I go trouble shooting re-install the app. used everything my account used but there is a new account of a free trail. all the records from my account are gone. please find out what is going on of my account. Thank you

I want to delete the Downdogg app. As I can't use it for health reasons I cannot work out how to do this. I think I joined directly to the website, but am not sure . Please let me know in simple terms how to do this.

All the Down Dog Apps keep restarting my iPad and don't open so I cannot use any of the Down Dog apps (which I am paying for)

Since updating app it keeps restarting my iPad (air 2). Please fix this as I am paying a subscription for this.

My app crashes and shuts off my iPhone every time I turn it on for the past week. I’ve tried updates, deleting the app and reinstalling it, restarting my phone... nothing seems to be working. Otherwise, I love the app so please help!!

Same issues as others have with the app crashing on the iPad but works fine on iPhone. The last 4 months of use on the iPad were not a problem. Developer please fix. Thanks

For the last week every time I try to open the down dog on my iPad it crashes and restarts my iPad. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. The app still works on my iPhone.

Since last update of down dog app on 6/6 it crashes every time I go to use it on my iPad, though still works on iPhone.

All Down Dog apps are crashing on my iPad Air 2, have been using it faithfully without a problem. Please fix.

I was just billed for a subscription which I cancelled last year. I work for a school system and I had switched over to my educator email to access the free promotion. Please refund the $23.99 and do not charge my card in the future. Thanks, Kristin

Hi, when I download a sequence and play it offline the music doesn't seem to have downloaded. Can you please resolve?

I joined Down Dog recently and changed my email address (above) to a different email address, but made an error when I did it. I changed it to yogasusan@redacted, but should have changed it to yogasusan59@redacted. Consequently, I can no longer access it. How do I go about changing it if I can't log in? Thanks. Susan

I love this app! Although, as usual the app needs updating, I have never had a problem in the past, but this one time round I cannot seem to re-install or update it. How do i contact someone about it? as I world love to start using it again.

I love this app! On a recent update, the advanced option disappeared. The Quick Flow option is available, but now as good as the advanced option. I look forward to seeing the advanced option again. Thank you!
