Big Pharma mostly justifies their insane and inhuman pricing due to “research and development.” Well, it appears little of that R&D money ever made it to this application because as of the last update it removed all but the most recent entry. Oddly, the data still shows in the “diary” section. I was just prescribed and purchased their extremely expansive Bluetooth reader and ($1 apiece) strips that work with this app. But what is the point of collecting data if it’s so poorly protected? I might as well grab a blank piece of paper to show my doctor rather than this app, the information would essentially be the same. Fortunately I’ve also been concurrently logging data in another application, so I have the information even though it’s painful to transfer it over again. The FDA should go after Roche for such an unreliable piece of medical equipment.

I noticed the last update to this app is about a year ago. Are you abandoning this? What are my alternatives when using the accu check meter? I have no problems using the app once the data has been transferred to my iPhone (model 11 Pro, iOS 15.4.1 - always up to date). It’s the transfer process that doesn’t work. At all. It spins and spins. The only time it links is when I disconnect the device from my phone and start all over. Then when I newly connect the two it only downloads the recorded data from the point I reconnect which is useless. When will you be updating this app? I really want to use my phone to track my glucose but cannot. I may be forced to abandon this and try a different brand. Please help.

Since you can die of diabetes and uncontrolled blood sugar, THE company that makes the software to record this data sure as hell did a lousy job with a cover of nicety and deceptively important data entry types. Bottom line, you’ve got to make it simple, upfront and in your face easy readable data, which it is not. If I let my life depend on it I’d be dead. Writing down my info into a handwritten log is the only way available to keep accurate useful notes, since companies like you who make a FORTUNE off diabetics, is unable to create a functioning and USEFUL app to help people like me deal with times of fragility so I could avoid a stroke or worse. Bottom line, when I could have used this app at the most important time, you fell through. Shame on you. You could have done much much better.
