BCBSMA app is a disaster. I don’t think it’s an actual app. The windows, interface even is not designed for any device. It SLOWLY connects to bcbs website and provides a hard to navigate webpage. Sometimes it cannot even display. BCBS, how much did you pay the app developer? Hope the answer is 0. It’s awful.
This app is terrible. It logs you out when you click on options, it pops up error messages to call a 1-888 help line that is only staffed 8:00 - 5:00, it only show one family members information ...etc. absolutely terrible app. I’m begging my employer for Harvard back. They were a well oiled machine. Not BCBS.
Reloading again, the app just sits on the start up page. With the old app, I’d search for providers in my area which is Phoenix and only get providers in the New England area. I switched zip codes, cities and every other setting I could. Seems like both apps didn’t work.
