The updated app is very slow, lots of glitches, and the overall appearance is worse than the original app. To me it also seems disorganized and difficult to navigate. It also keeps sending to a website which I find incredibly annoying - I should be able to find the products and make my order all within BodybuildingcomStore . I have deleted BodybuildingcomStore from all my devices because I honestly can’t stand even trying to use it. I will not use BodybuildingcomStore again until it’s at least something like the previous version. The previous one was perfect! Why did they even change it? It didn’t need any improvement, and the current version certainly is NOT an improvement. Please just bring back the previous version. Until then, you have lost a customer.

No more favorites/wishlist? Now it has become more cumbersome where I have to look up each of my regular supplements when it is time to reorder. A shiesty way of pushing their customers into signing up for their subscription reorder plan, perhaps?

BodybuildingcomStore keeps redirecting to and opening a new tab in my web browser every time I select something in BodybuildingcomStore . Really annoying.

BodybuildingcomStore has taken many steps back in usability since the prior version. Can’t recommend anyone use it in its current state. Just utilize the website instead.

The store was recommended to me by my friend when I first started working out with him. I found BodybuildingcomStore a week later and it’s so much more convenient and works great it has everything the the normal page does. Great for just going in adding what you want to your bag then checking out is super smooth and quick

A lot of glitches when logging in and checking out. Trying to log in while using face recognition on my iPhone to enter the password. Kept saying it was the incorrect password but worked on the third attempt and then cleared my cart. Had to look up products multiple times because my cart kept clearing out when trying to check out as well.

This is definitely my go to spot. Great deals, fast shipping, and an endless selection that I need for my routine. I highly recommend anyone who serious about muscle gain, weight management or just overall strength training to utilize this store for all of your needs. They won’t let you down!

BodybuildingcomStore has become complete garbage. BodybuildingcomStore use to be great. A few months ago, I couldn’t order something on BodybuildingcomStore without consistent pop ups from websites. Now I can get to the point where I pay and the screen goes blank when I choose PayPal. What is the point of BodybuildingcomStore if I can’t order from it. BodybuildingcomStore was much better before all of the new updates. If it’s not broken then why try to fix it ????? I’m seriously considering canceling my membership.

I had an order that I accidentally put my old address on, when I didn’t receive my order I realized my mistake and contacted the customer service reps, I was answered almost immediately and they re shipped the whole order (without me asking them to) free of charge with upgraded shipping.

When I want to know about a product, I get thorough product information and see reviews from other users. Order history is a plus and it makes it easier to reorder the product I’ve bought before with ease. I definitely love BodybuildingcomStore.

This site / app used to be amazing! Deals where good, shipping was on point. But now it’s just hard to use, they have the worst promos, and all their clothes they have up, besides their brand, can be found 10%-40% cheaper on the actual brand site. BodybuildingcomStore is just a joke to me now, plus the checkout process is ridiculous and very picky. I’ve tried to order multiple things and it keeps saying my expiration date on my card isn’t valid. Crappy app crappy company

This site was extremely easy to navigate, and find exactly what I was looking for. I used to spend quite a bit of time in the gym, but have lacked over the last 5-6 years which I’ve noticed so many different changes.

The site itself also is very beneficial with the reviews and ratings of all products, and the free gift with my order was greatly appreciated; and it will be used continuously.

Why even have an app when it's just your mobile website? Clicking on some of the links even sends you to the website. Photos of the items seem to large. When searching by brands only a few are listed compared to their previous search which allowed you to look at an entire alphabetical list. Save the few MBs of memory BodybuildingcomStore will take up on your device and just use the website.

Lame.

I’ve used BodybuildingcomStore for several years now and I’m wholly disappointed in the recent update. I get what they are trying to do, but its a big turn off for me. I mostly used it to purchase my supps, occasionally looking at tip, blogs. Ordering is now broken. Was just going to get a new round of preworkout and whey, but the cart wont delete or update. I also don’t want your membership. I’ll go directly to ON and pay full price than hassle with BB anymore.

BodybuildingcomStore makes it so efficient to quickly and easily buy whatever you need. I definitely recommend it especially since they always have great deals on all their awesome variety of products!

I gave it an overall 5 star because of its overall convenience. They’re not the cheapest, but they’re convenient, and they’ll take care of your orders in case something goes wrong. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years now...

The new app design is horrible. Very hard to navigate and find what you’re looking for easily. Items load extremely slow if at all. And when I clicked on “shop by brand” it took me to my browser. So what’s the point?? This was a great app. Very convenient and easy to use. Now it’s just a mess. Might as well delete it and save the wasted space on my phone. Please bring back the old design.

I always order from here and almost always read the emails I receive. They have given me plenty of new workouts to test out in the gym and some of which I have seen great results doing. 5 stars every time 💪🏼👌🏼

The bodybuilding app serves all my needs under one app. I’ve also downloaded the BodySpace app to help with my workouts. I love how it is easy to use and to show others how many different workouts there are for all levels.

It’s not just a online shopping site where you will save hundreds on supplements. It’s also a community where you can learn about workouts, routines, meal plans, etc.

You’d know if you downloaded.. so.. yeah.
