Update is very very bad

The updated app is very slow, lots of glitches, and the overall appearance is worse than the original app. To me it also seems disorganized and difficult to navigate. It also keeps sending to a website which I find incredibly annoying - I should be able to find the products and make my order all within the app. I have deleted the app from all my devices because I honestly can’t stand even trying to use it. I will not use this app again until it’s at least something like the previous version. The previous one was perfect! Why did they even change it? It didn’t need any improvement, and the current version certainly is NOT an improvement. Please just bring back the previous version. Until then, you have lost a customer.

This app has become complete garbage. The app use to be great. A few months ago, I couldn’t order something on the app without consistent pop ups from websites. Now I can get to the point where I pay and the screen goes blank when I choose PayPal. What is the point of the app if I can’t order from it. The app was much better before all of the new updates. If it’s not broken then why try to fix it ????? I’m seriously considering canceling my membership.

This site / app used to be amazing! Deals where good, shipping was on point. But now it’s just hard to use, they have the worst promos, and all their clothes they have up, besides their brand, can be found 10%-40% cheaper on the actual brand site. This app is just a joke to me now, plus the checkout process is ridiculous and very picky. I’ve tried to order multiple things and it keeps saying my expiration date on my card isn’t valid. Crappy app crappy company
