How to fix Drops app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Drops app on iPhone
Update Drops app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Drops iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Drops on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Drops network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Drops Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Drops not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Drops App
1. On android, goto Settings » Drops » click [Force Stop]

Update Drops to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Drops App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Drops » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Drops.

Fix Drops unable to contact server/ Drops internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Drops » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Drops » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
