I usually go every now and then to the place and when I do I use my phone number to get reward points and such. But now I can’t. They said to use HaagenDazs and to use the receipt to upload it and get the points. I just tried to download HaagenDazs and Sue it. But when I sign up. HaagenDazs crashes. I tried deleting and doing it again. I try to log in since it did get created but HaagenDazs keeps crashing. And I tried again to open it but it just crashes immediately. HaagenDazs gets a one star and I can’t even put my points in or see how much I had previously with my phone number.

I like the old way better where you would put your number in at the location to collect points. Obviously HaagenDazs was made to scam people out of missing points. That can hurt them in long run if people decide to stop going like me

Can’t migrate my account it says my email has been used
Well of course it’s been used I have an account trying to migrate ....
How can a company this big can’t get it together to make an app that works properly....
Hopefully they can fix this ASAP so I can change me rating

I went to the store located in Destin, everything was really good, I downloaded HaagenDazs because the ad stated I would get a free cone or cup, when I asked to the waitress, she said they are not allow to use HaagenDazs pr their offer. I do recommend the place but HaagenDazs is a fraud.

After going to the mall and getting a coupon from buying an ice cream for my friend, the coupon recommended to get HaagenDazs to receive further rewards. I have just downloaded the application with no problem, but the moment I open HaagenDazs , I get a pop up saying, “App could not be launched” with one button saying “Ok”. So not only will I not receive any rewards for purchasing Häagen-Dazs ice cream at the mall, but I will also not be able to dazzle my friend by being able to order her favorite ice cream and present it in a fashionable manor after we go see movies together.

Title says it all. I used to be able to scan my receipt barcode and get points but now everytime I do that it says "congrats! you earned 0 points" so it's basically useless at this point. I don't know what changed but I won't keep HaagenDazs around if I can't even use it anymore.

After having HaagenDazs for a while and built up a lot of rewards, HaagenDazs crashed. Tried deleting it and reinstalling still nothing. Not sure what I can do from here. I liked having to App to order from for easy pickup....it’s too bad! Good idea though!

I’ve never been so disappointed in an app. It crashes every time. I downloaded it to order after a nice person gave me a 50% off card. This is seriously turning my off the the Häagen-Dazs brand that an app so potent created is considered acceptable enough to put out for the public to use.

Have tried to use this several times now and it has problems on both ends. Either app can’t verify basket for order or the order doesn’t make it to the store. Completely useless. Not even worth the rewards at this point.

Can use any of the rewards because as soon as you select a reward HaagenDazs immediately crashes. Today was buy one get on and of course I couldn’t use it because my app crashed repeatedly. What a scam.

If you use authenticate with apple id, it takes you to questions to answer like phone # etc, but it says not all required questions answered even if you filled everything out. No option to exit or return to prior menu or anything; rebooting app doesn’t even fix this.

Same issue as others have reported. Since they upgraded, can’t log in with the “this email is already in use” issue. Can’t migrate. Lots and lots of emails back and forth. They say they can see my account and point balance and have migrated it but still can’t access it via HaagenDazs on the phone so unusable. Feels like they didn’t do enough QA before rolling this out.

Every time I try to open HaagenDazs it just crashes on me again and again I’m completely unable to use it. I can’t even sign in as it crashes when I first tried signing in. These glitches/bugs need to be fixed immediately especially since stores are no longer taking phone numbers to add points to accounts.

App opens and then closes right away. Re-installed many times and HaagenDazs is still garbage. The stores won’t even help put points in our account now because it has to be through the broken app. Please fix it! Is this a ploy so that we can’t redeem points? It’s my birthday! Terrible app, zero stars if possible.

I had same problem but customer was no help. I ended up signing out of HaagenDazs and then logged in again and the account was reactivated.

I’ve called in and told them I couldn’t migrate points they said they’ve done it and to delete and reinstall. Well I did that but I still can’t log in because it says the email is already taken (duh) and my phone number. I can’t make a new account since my phone number is the same!!!! Pleaseeee help!

When I attempt to open up app it won’t register. I went to see if there was an update and there isn’t at this time. Disappointed that I can’t register my points and purchases. Spent $23 today and I won’t be able to upload my receipt unless fixed.

HaagenDazs works perfectly fine for me and I have yet to run into any glitches. I have been able to earn points and just redeemed for a free mini icecream cup!
