I signed up through Apple (with the temporary email address) as I’ve done for many apps before. It said $5 off and required email verification. No big deal. Except that I never got an email. So I’m standing in front of this poor checkout lady with my food in front of me, trying to get this to work. She suggests creating a new account with my email address, which I do, but it’s been like 30 min and the $5 off offer never showed up. I know $5 off doesn’t seem like a big deal but it was frustrating to set up CoreLifeEatery and think everything is good to go until the final moment, and then never getting it to work. I bought the meal on my own dime and chose not to get the drink I had wanted. I wish the instructions were more clear and that the offer had applied on one of the accounts I had.

I stop at this location on average twice a week and the manager is always nice along with the young male (always wears a Michigan mask) behind the counter who is excellent. However, the young lady (possibly assistant manager) tends to be short and agitated every time that I see her working. Today, I was charged an extra $4.23, which was listed as a tip. I did not enter a tip amount so I asked why this amount showed up on my receipt. She simply said “we do not control that, so I don’t know why” in a rude tone. I replied saying that I did not enter this amount, but you can keep the tip and she still refused to offer a reasonable explanation. Her reply was simply “Ok” with a shake of the head. This was extremely frustrating especially since I would consider myself a regular customer to this location.

This was my first time ordering here. I have not yet eaten my food, but the service heee was def, meh. I asked questions and got blank stares. I signed up for the $5 off. I asked how to earn this and the guy said just verify your email. I did that and my receipt didn’t reflect that and he was rude when I went back to ask about it. Customer service is everything…. No smiles, no casual convo, just short snotty answers

I understand an app having issues but an app having issues and also having no customer service is kind of unacceptable. There’s no number to call if there are issues so you just have to wait for them to possibly reply to your email. I really enjoy this restaurant but I don’t enjoy the fact CoreLifeEatery has a lot of problems. I am now unable to use CoreLifeEatery because of an issue that could have been solved if there was a customer service line.

Can’t add to cart without having to pick the store and add location every time I go back to add a new item, also the promotional deals don’t work for double points on weekends so that needs to be fixed, I tried to order with door dash but it didn’t work yet they use door dash for delivery so it’s confusing on how many tips I have to give

Whenever I am looking for something nourishing for my body just because or under the weather, I will always consider CoreLife. Excellent healthy food and staff always friendly!

This place has startes my entire family enjoying food thats good for us. I would like to see veteran and , police, firefighters, and senior discount emhonored.

I like that place to the point that I eat there at least once a week!

The manager on duty was an absolute pleasure! She was trying to train a new employee and was so patient with him and the customers! Thank you

If you create your account by signing in with Apple ID and keeping your email private, you can’t ever use any rewards because you never get a verification email that needs to be clicked on before rewards are usable. Inexcusable that this feature wasn’t tested

Love corelife, hate CoreLifeEatery. The last version made reordering MUCH easier. Now, even a reorder of the same exact thing as last time takes a ton of clicks and re-verifying information that’s the same as last time. It’s not really possible to order/reorder quickly now.

It was our first time eating here. We were very impressed with the staff, the food and the cleanliness!

Not user-friendly. Takes forever to figure out how to navigate. Things are on the website menu that aren’t on CoreLifeEatery menu. Also didn’t send me the promised email to reset my password when I couldn’t remember it.

Would love to order the taco bowl on line but I do not see it on the online menu.

CoreLifeEatery shows that I have 597 points, yet NO rewards. I don’t understand how that is possible.

The menu on CoreLifeEatery does not include the same options that are available in the restaurant itself.

If you like to BYO (build your own); forget it. EXTREMELY limited options.

Customizing existing menu items is all but impossible.

I love the concept of ordering via an app as well as the rewards, but this application is seriously in need of redesign.

Can you explain why you need to notify me at 2 am? One the restaurant isn’t even open, two there is 0 reasoning that I need to any offers at that point.

Your migrated my money as rewards so I can only use $5 per order. I have $43 dollars on the ap but I can only use $5 per order!?!

You have the worst app I’ve EVER had and I’m in tech!! The fact that I have to continuously redownload your app says a lot. Or the fact that when you update CoreLifeEatery I lose ALL MY “points” and getting them back is a waste of time!! DO BETTER I HATE CoreLifeEatery!!

So many technical issues with CoreLifeEatery there’s no point in even trying to use it.
