I bought 2 14 once cartons of HD, one chocolate and one other flavor. When I got one out of my freezer it seemed soft but it wa frozen solid and the softness was an air pocket. I weighed it and in the carton the ice cream only weighed 12.5 ounces. I then weighed the second carton and it weighed 12.5 oz also. Bad enough that the pint size is reduced to 14 oz., but worse that it doesn't come close to the weight shown on the cartons. Surely I wasn't lucky enough to pick the only 2 cartons that were light.
Was just eating on a pint of chocolate peanut butter. There is a huge hard chunk of peanut butter. I think you need to blend more or drop in bite size chunks. I took pictures Thank you

I usually go every now and then to the place and when I do I use my phone number to get reward points and such. But now I can’t. They said to use the app and to use the receipt to upload it and get the points. I just tried to download the app and Sue it. But when I sign up. The app crashes. I tried deleting and doing it again. I try to log in since it did get created but the app keeps crashing. And I tried again to open it but it just crashes immediately. The app gets a one star and I can’t even put my points in or see how much I had previously with my phone number.
App does not launch

After going to the mall and getting a coupon from buying an ice cream for my friend, the coupon recommended to get the app to receive further rewards. I have just downloaded the application with no problem, but the moment I open the app, I get a pop up saying, “App could not be launched” with one button saying “Ok”. So not only will I not receive any rewards for purchasing Häagen-Dazs ice cream at the mall, but I will also not be able to dazzle my friend by being able to order her favorite ice cream and present it in a fashionable manor after we go see movies together.
CRASHES EVERY TIME OPENED

Every time I try to open the app it just crashes on me again and again I’m completely unable to use it. I can’t even sign in as it crashes when I first tried signing in. These glitches/bugs need to be fixed immediately especially since stores are no longer taking phone numbers to add points to accounts.
