I have tried 2 devices both with the latest version of android and am told both devices are not compatible. What spec is needed?
I bought the belt in japan, but it says the app is not available In this region. I bought this product only because I saw how convenient the app is. If it’s not available I will simply return it

I bought this very expensive Slendertone belt a while back, I was using the app and life was great, then I left it due to injury, when I come to use it again the app told me I had no internet connection, uninstalled and reinstalled still the same result, I emailed Slendertone and didn’t hear anything, I then found out his company went bankrupt! However, I clicked on signup and opened a new account and it started working again until a few weeks ago, the same error started to appear, I tried the same trick again only this time the app was nowhere to be seen! I now have a useless belt! I am shocked and outraged that Slendertone products are still available for sale! Same belt too, this a sham, you are basically stealing from us, you are still happily taking money but your products don’t work! How can this be legal? If you are declared bankrupt, the bussiness is closed down. That would be like, If Dominos Pizza or KFC was declared bankrupt, still advertising and taking orders for food without any intention of sending it! This has gone on long enough, and something needs to be done about!

I am very upset. I loved my slendertone but now it just sits bc the app doesn’t work and the belt doesn’t work without the app. This is not fair and would love an explanation
Everytime I try to open app it say it is no longer available in App Store.
The app is dead. However you can get the belt working by pressing the plus button on its control panel. Not ideal but at least it’s working!
Please give us our money back, This belt is very expensive . It's not right what's going on. There's no explanation at all. I want a refund now if you guys can't fix this. Millions of people bought this product please help fix this.

My slendertone doesn't work without the app. I uninstalled it because I thought it needed an update and I couldn't find a new version. The strap is unusable. There should be a refund for that.
