1 year agoSlender tone have gone into liquidation. The connect app no longer works, the app is linked to the connect belts of which I cannot use anymore because of this! Surely, as the app is free, the liquidators should have this reinstalled, because it is so unfair on the customers, who sure could you tell me if there are any plans for this?

Privacy Issues
Haven’t even got to the point of using the app...can’t get past the EULA. Slendertone joins Facebook and Google in deciding that it’s totally OK to collect, use, and disseminate personal information of not only what needs to be submitted to use the app, but spying on (and marketing) what we plug into search engines and spying on our usage of other apps. Not to mention using it as an advertisement dissemination platform. Perhaps the overall poor performance of the app described in other reviews is because functionality of the app and the device itself wasn’t the prime focus of the development team. Perhaps the real goldmine for Slendertone is marketing our personal information and gaining an informational gateway into our personal lives to sell off to the highest bidder.

Can't start program after pairing
iPhone X here with latest IOS release. Phone pairs to slender belt and I get option to "click here to start your training" but nothing happens. Can't click anything. App shows 0% charge on belt and connected. I can manually start the belt up and use it without the app so I know the battery is fine.

Big Problems
Can’t get it to start. I have used it in the pat but after the last update it says to start push the button on my screen, but nothing happens. Tons of errors found when I check the error page. Frustrating
