I have a problem with Mavis Camera

- The app's UI puts everything up on the screen at once, leaving users with a tiny preview window, which can be overwhelming.

- Some users may feel like they have to spend too much time working on the app instead of working in the app.

- The app does not support the native screen resolution of the iPad Pro (10.5"), which can be a drawback for some users.

- One user did not find the app to be as good as expected, preferring to stick to the built-in camera or Filmic Pro for video work.

Me too can’t do settings in manual mode. I hope fix with update

Can’t do my settings in manual mode. Iso and shutter don’t hold.

To resolve Mavis Camera network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Mavis Camera App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mavis Camera » click [Force Stop]

Clear Mavis Camera App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mavis Camera » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mavis Camera.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mavis Camera » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mavis Camera » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mavis Camera
