I’ve already paid for items but anything arrive. Therefore, They log out my account. I’m trying to log in but they sent “ There is no account with your gmail provided “ . No more products. I want my money back. Refund pls

Only replying “Yes” for repeatedly without giving reasons for their mistakes. They primarily told me that they will refund for the bad product then I got reply that they won’t refund and also I won’t get the product replaced.

No respond for return-service and disrespectful to customer question. At least you should give me a reasonable answer even if there have some problems to initiate this service. Shouldn’t provide those services and policies without you can’t responsible for that.

I lost my money and didn’t get the product because of some reason. They say the product is returnable but actually it is not. They do not take any responsibility.
I always buy things from here. But because of that I will never buy from shop again.

I order the items. Items’s owner call me and please cancel your order. That is not one time. I have already paid by bank account. Refund processing is always for me. Should not upload the items if you haven’t.

Can't pay normally, no customer service phone support, all in English Burmese can't search for goods, which means shopping is not pleasant! In most cases, it takes a long time for the merchant to reply to you. I don’t know if anyone is managing…

Can’t control the price and the suppliers
The company should check the service profile before letting them sell their products.
If not ur app will useless for people who know the price range. Strongly recommend to change ur suppliers policy.

ShopOnlineShoppingApp good for online shopping but recently ShopOnlineShoppingApp shut itself every time i tried to scroll through the feeds. I’m on iOS 15.6.1

For deleting, unable to delete the only item wished to be deleted.
You have to choose the seller name and all other items i dont wish to are deleted as well.
Kindly resolve it.
P.S., the number of items in the cart are also cannot be increased nor decreased.

Delivery charge for each item from customers who buy more items in the same time is uncomfortable as paying 5 delivery charges for 5 items is really too expensive and upset
