Always working on it or an error when trying to open HeritageBankKY . This is only good for checking your balance and making transfers between your heritage accounts. It doesn’t do any features the other companies I bank with can that would be very useful including check deposit, sorting purchases, alerts, ability to change cards over HeritageBankKY , etc. Needs a serious update
The only app that continuously makes me log back in, to only tell me that my password is incorrect. Removing my biometric log in. This is why you have very limited business from me.
I am running iOS 8.2 on an iPhone 5s. When I attempt to open HeritageBankKY , it will flash a welcome screen with the logo, and then close HeritageBankKY .
I see that I am not the first person to have this problem; please release an update to fix this.
It will not open. All it will do is say heritage bank then exit out on me.
App is nice, but it would be AMAZING if I could deposit checks. Other banks make this so easy, not sure why HeritageBankKY is different and won’t allow deposits this way!

HeritageBankKY is somewhat helpful in that it lets you check your balance. It would be great if HeritageBankKY let you deposit checks like it said it would when directing me to download HeritageBankKY . I downloaded and installed HeritageBankKY then searched high and low and found no such feature. I came back to the AppStore and in the example picture it shows a deposit feature on the bottom of HeritageBankKY . Maybe this is a coming feature and it's just not ready. I hope they release this feature in the next version because this would save me a lot of time. I feel like Heritage is behind other bigger banks when it comes to technology. I really like the bank, their service and the friendly employees at the Hebron branch. I hope eventually Heritage gets to where other banks with technology that improves the user's banking experience.

I always have to you type in security password for logging in and transfers, even on my secure phone. Frustrating
