U kept prompting me to change my password but after 3 messages it no longer worked. So inconvenient! I then wasted half hour of my life ringing my he support and being told to delete app then download app again and register using password of my nectar card. Of course I’ve done this and it says it can’t create an account. I can’t shop until I sort this can someone help ? ASAP
I just reset password on Sainsburys site so have common nectar and sainsbury log in. But when I try to login the smartshop app it does not like my nectar card no and I get error 34009
I have a new phone. When I login into smartshop and try and add my nectar card, it tells me it’s already in use on another account. But my nectar card points and fill info are available on the nectar app with the same login details. Can you sort for me please

Transferred the app to my new iPhone but it refuses to work so I deleted it and downloaded it fresh but still doesn’t scan items but using the instores hand scanners works with the app (which are both connected via my nectar account) updating my shopping via both 5/4G and I store WiFi - can’t determine if this is a problem with my new phone, the app or nectar.

App crashes instantly upon starting shop

The app was great. Until now I can’t no longer use apple pay to do the checkout, as the button is gone after I switched between another Apple ID.
