- I don’t understand all these negative comments.

- Maybe that’s why I’m not on one but with Apple I have never had any problems in the years I have had it.

- The main issue I have to worry about when using the app is how fast it drains my battery.

- Do not pay for the premium.

- I subscribed to the app and it immediately gave me issues.

- I asked several times for a refund and every time they gave me mediocre in accurate steps to fix my problem.

Update VPN Fast & Private app to the Latest Version for iOS

Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

1. On android, goto Settings » VPN Fast & Private » click [Force Stop]

Update VPN Fast & Private to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VPN Fast & Private App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VPN Fast & Private » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VPN Fast & Private.

Fix VPN Fast & Private unable to contact server/ VPN Fast & Private internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VPN Fast & Private » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VPN Fast & Private » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VPN Fast & Private
