Do not pay for the premium. I repeat do not pay for the premium version. This company has no reputation to cover, they scammed me of my 60USD for 5 years subscription. After I purchased the premium version the vpn could not connect me to the selected server instead its connect me to another country and my location changes to Kansas. However I contacted their support team for help and I followed the manual configurations as they instructed me but still it doesn’t work before one of their team members told me that they were having issues with their servers... Now I was asking for a refund but to my shock they told me that they can’t refund my money because I’ve exceeded the 30 days to claim a refund according to their refund policy, meanwhile I haven’t even used the vpn for 24 hours after purchased meaning that I asked for the refund 22 hours after I make the purchased. Do not pay for the premium.

Before latest update, VPNFastPrivate was crashing upon opening. After latest update it opens and tries to connect with resulting error: “Negotiation with the VPN server failed.”
I also installed your app on my iMac. It CRASHES every time I attempt to open it.
What’s up here? I paid you for a product that is supposed to work. You have already failed me.

I want this to be fixed, fully working app on iPhone, Mac, and iPad. Otherwise you need to refund my money and play these games with someone else.

It would be really great to get a notification when the VPN stops like the notification for when it connects. It randomly will stop working and I don’t even notice until I look for the VPN icon and notice it’s gone. On an iPhone 11 Pro Max this is not always visible so I never really know when it stops connecting until I use the drop down to check on it.

I tried using VPNFastPrivate several times and every single time it fails.I subscribed to VPNFastPrivate and it immediately gave me issues. I contacted customer support and they gave me an accurate ways to fix the problem I had. It wouldn’t connect me to any servers. I asked several times for a refund and every time they gave me mediocre in accurate steps to fix my problem. After several emails they finally answered and wanted me to send receipts of my transaction. However no receipts were sent and no phone number is given to me in order to talk to someone. VPNFastPrivate is horrible and should not be used. They do not honor their refund policy and ignore customers when trying to solve a problem. DO NOT HUSS VPNFastPrivate!!!

Honestly the biggest pile of dog fecal matter I’ve ever used on my iPhone.

Constantly disconnects, all they did is update the timer counter to show it’s been active when it’s really not. I catch it turning off all the time.

Secondly don’t expect any quality support. The company will Just assume you’re ignorant. If you’re lucky to get a response they’ll blame you.

VPNFastPrivate on IKEV Stay connected maybe 50% of the time if you’re lucky to catch it.

IPSEC2 is even worse. Expect it to stay connected 25% of the time.

Be prepared to constantly fight with VPNFastPrivate to stay connected. The menu options for “connect on demand” and “always on” don’t even work.

Free VPN’s are more reliable then VPNFastPrivate. It’s complete garbage.

You’ll gladly give all your information to Google by using VPNFastPrivate because half the time you won’t even know you’re disconnected.

If you’re wanting complete and udder disappointment, contempt for a company, and constantly to be let down; Well then IVACY IS FOR YOU!

I have been a paid subscriber for a couple of years. It worked great without issue for months but regardless of what I’ve tried with the help of customer service it will no longer let me log in even though my subscription is paid through the summer. Very frustrating.

The VPN connection could not stay up for more than an hour no matter which country or city i chose to connect through. For iOS there is no way for the user to be notified other than the tiny little 'vpn' in the upper left or right corner of the screen wedged between other tiny little indicators. So you have to glue your eye to that little indicator and if it disappears, you've just been 'exposed'. Also, Ivacy does not provide a 'Kill Switch' for iOS users which would disconnect your device from the internet when the VPN connection drops. Using its suggested browser, Startpage, as an exposure backup was useless since most websites would not let me 'in' using that browser or TOR or if they did using TOR was dog slow.

This is a great app...when it works. It gets incredibly annoying when I’m not using my iPad, and I still keep the Ivacy connected. When I get back to using my iPad, VPNFastPrivate is disconnected! There’s no auto connection. I know there’s the on demand feature, but it doesn’t even work. So I’m not protected anymore. That’s incredibly frustrating. I’m gonna use another VPN app where it actually works, until this gets fixed.

When it’s connected, it’s seems to work fine. The problem is it disconnects with high regularity, and unless you actively look and keep track of it, you could easily find yourself accidentally unprotected. It’s irritating that I have to keep going back into VPNFastPrivate several times a day to turn the service back on.
I’ve previously used other VPN’s and never had to worry about this. They just “worked”. Gone back to an “other”.

This pretty much good app, still missing version for apple tv, but also landscape mode, on IOS and iPadOS...

We would like to see wider range of countries.

Several months into Ivacy usually from iPad, also cell phone, less frequently with Windows or Linux. My 2009 iMac is too old for it. So far pretty much good performance, rare slow downs or failure to connect to selected output nodes. Satisfied user.

I used to have another vPN. I was stationed in Europe, so it helped me when I wanted to show my IP address like I was in the States. Anyway, this one is cheaper and still reliable. Now, I use it the other way around to connect to other countries.

I bought a lot a lifetime subscription. I had a couple issues in the beginning and actually talked to a live person that answered all my questions and helped me resolve all my issues. Great service. 5 stars all the way.

i love ivacy and highly recommend it. It works well and VPNFastPrivate runs flawlessly. It is safe and secure. My dedicated VPN has a kill switch and multiple other options, it’s easy to use and has a strong connection. It also is a great price.

I have used it on my iPhone and Mac air computer. Works great! No fuss! It works almost flawless. Once in great while I have to restart it. I highly recommended buying it. Try it you will like it. Haven’t noticed a drop in speed or anything else different in operation of my phone or computer. And you can use on several devices as well.
I highly recommend it!

I have been with Ivacy for a few months now and I love the fact that it is very stable. I enjoyed looking at my iPhone and seeing that it has been running for, 28, 39, 40 hours without disconnecting. It is just a matter of time before they overrun other VPN companies in the market.

I am a lifetime subscriber, got myself free port -forwarding and as soon as I can get adons on promotion, I will get myself a dedicated IP.

I am very happy with Ivacy services.

Thank you for an amazing product. I have used this on my FireTV, iPhone and windows desktop. Great design and easy to setup. When I have had issues I always get online and get on a chat session with a tech and 98% of the time they have resolved the issue before I end the chat session.

Keep up the great support and stable service.

I’ve had Ivacy for a few months now and have not had any major issues. It provides a fast connection and is easy to use. VPNFastPrivate is intuitive and my favorite part is being able to choose the city or country that is hosting. The always on function is great as well. Knowing I’m safe and secure while using public hotspots is a great feeling. Keep up the great work Ivacy. Your hard work and dedication is being noticed.

All of the mobile VPN apps I’ve used in the past have had the same issues. Slow speeds, timed breaks in service, etc. While VPNFastPrivate does drop occasionally, it holds up to constant internet usage very well and generally maintains quick speeds. The main issue I have to worry about when using VPNFastPrivate is how fast it drains my battery! But that’s more of a hardware issue than an app issue. All in all I’m not sure I could be more pleased with this product if I tried!

I have had Ivacy for a few years now and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good VPN. I don’t understand all these negative comments. I gusss with a computer I could see having a little problems with the configuration. Maybe that’s why I’m not on one but with Apple I have never had any problems in the years I have had it. I won’t change VPNs unless they go out of business. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job. Keep up the awesome work on protecting our privacy. 😊👍👏

This is the worse VPN that exists. It constantly disconnects. When trying to connect to one country the VPN connects you to another country, most of the countries that you will see in their page aren't available on VPNFastPrivate or macOS app and you will need to connect manually to those countries and it's a mess and doesn't always work.

Do not trust reviews that says this VPN is good most of those reviews are fake, they have another vpn called PureVPN and it's the same trash with fake reviews everywhere.

DO NOT BUY THIS VPN!!
