I have been using Bookari Premium for years and in the last year or so the table of contents has not been working. I can see it and everything, but in certain books, the chapter links don't take me to the chapter but tries to open the link in Chrome, as if it is a url instead of an internal link in the epub format
Since the beginning of the year -or perhaps since the latest iOS update- the app doesn’t synchronize at all. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I ended up losing all my books -more than a thousand. It’s particularly annoying, since I have a Premium subscription and the developer (Mantano) is completely missing: they have disabled the customer support on their website and they don’t answer to my mails. I don’t know is Mantano is gone out of business but this situation is unacceptable if it hasn’t. They have lost any credibility as a company to me. Needless to say that I have cancelled my subscription.
Since awhile I try to synchronize my books/texts and annotations on my new IOS items. Bookari does'nt seem to accept my email adress. If I had'nt so much books and annotations in the cloud, I'd give up and remigrate to microsoft OneNote. So, give me at least an answer, if it is worth to keep on bookari and maybe substitue the above mailadress and substitute it be another one. Same problem with the mantano language app. Thanks Wolfgang Richarz
Left a review about this not opening with Android 12 and now not with Android 13. My original review was posted on May 20, 2022 with no response from the developer. Either fix this, respond back or issue a refund. What use is this app if you are not going to fix the issues. I cannot use it at all. It will not open. Only opens and crashes. It will not update or anything either. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G, Android 13. This hasn't worked since Android 12 and I paid for the premium version quite a while back. Thank you.
