I was using this app from my phone when I am not in the office. We don’t really use the app to process order because they don’t have the full function like the desktop version. But after a iOS update I begun with log in error and can’t log in to read orders.
So I started contacting support and found out just my phone can’t log in and not my other employees. So I buy a new phone hoping it can work. But only last for a week then same error message pop out. Now another manager having the same issue but their support seem helpless to solve then problem.

We usually ship via the desktop app, which has its own limitations, so we were excited for a mobile version that we could use to double check while we’re out in the field shipping or on the fly to see updates on shipments. If you search an order number, it brings up anything with that number. It’s like finding a needle in a haystack. Get your search together! We have no other use for the app other than that most basic request.

paypal decided to pair up with shipstation so i was forced to use this, and i hate it lol
you guys decided to charge me an additional $10 for two packages that were successfully delivered? one was a whole MONTH ago with no issues during shipment, and i wake up this morning seeing a label adjustment... ridiculous. same with another one that was only ONE OUNCE OFF at the post office and the post office didn't care. $10 was gone
absolutely wild that they think they can take $10 for whatever reason whenever they want for any package... never had this issue before with any packages using paypal's old shipping method and i've been doing this for four years. really sad that it's like this now
