Company makes us use. Someone got back door paid, or sold someone a load of smoke. Have to regularly reload to get past glitches preventing app use.

Only reason it getting one star is you can’t give 0 stars.
Tech support is a joke. By email only. Something that could be answered in minutes takes hours. Meanwhile you’re trying to get this crap to work.
Loses info often. Needs to be rebooted often. At least once a month I have to remove it and reload the app just to get it to work. Unfortunately I am forced to use this crap.
If you are one of the lucky ones that are not forced to use it run far and fast.

Don’t get me wrong the old Astea was not the best but you could fill your work orders out in minutes everything had its place and a combination. The check list was super easy to fill out really quick. Once you figured the old one out it was breezy. The new update… is junk took my a few days with the old Astea to figure out. It’s been almost a month and haven’t filled my first work order out because of the place of everything it’s everywhere. Absolutely awful
