I am completing the details in MySOS Japan and have reached the verification of vaccines section. There are no vaccines to choose from in the drop down boxes and therefore I'm unable to complete this section and the requirements. Not sure where the issue lies and whether I've done something wrong?
I have completed the Pre-registration for Quarantine Procedures in MySOS and get the blue color but i did skip to verify my passport and i want to be back and do it again, can you advise how to do ?

Having problems with mySOS. I cannot enter town and municipality on the address of hotel that I am staying at. Keyboard does not come up. I have a samsung android, is there a way to make the keyboard come up to enter data?

Terrible and super buggy

I can’t always hear the calls for some reason, and whenever I answer they can’t hear me. Whenever this happens, I don’t even have the option to recall or anything which makes it even worse. There’s been countless times I’ve answered and the person isn’t able to hear me, which makes it just seem like I’m ignoring the call. Furthermore, I’ve recently been getting called at 9:00 AM. I’m sleeping and it’s terrible when I have to turn my camera on and answer the questions (that they can find the answers to on the sheets I filled out at the airport) right when I wake up. It’s such a terrible start to the day and you can’t always sleep in.

This app is buggy and the entire process of checking in is flawed. I left my phone by myself at all times and I would not hear any calls or see any notifications even though I clearly have everything turned on. I was also told by someone working at the call centers to delete and reinstall the app, now my quarantine date is gone and I’m not able to check in or click on the “i’m here” button… There has to be a better way to do this…

Had a pleasant time not being able to step away from my phone or listen to music/TV for 14 days. Due to jet lag, for the first week I had to have my phone stuck to my ear while napping. The App itself is good but I think they need to improve the notifications to occur more than just once and change it from a short ding to something more noticeable. Fortunately I only missed a couple but I can understand individuals struggling to hear the notifications.
