A compulsory app that every visitor in Japan has to install. Apparently there would be penalties if you fail to answer video calls or not completing daily health reports in time.
Not a bad system for stopping the spread of corona. But the app is way too unstable. You get a notification(for video calls, producing health reports or registering places of stay whatever), you tap on it, the app opens up but it fails to load up your data and you cannot do jacksxxt. This comes way too often, pretty much every first time.
And there can be fines or potential criminal punishments in case we fail to answer or send reports in time? With this piece of sxxt quality?
Well, shame on you.
Passport Upload impossible

Hello, we Want to use the fast track, but it seems to be impossible to pre-entry. I tried to Upload my german passport for 6 times now. Failed again and again. What is the matter? No Fingers Are shown and the quality of the picture is awesome. I tried it with „pdf“, „png“ and „jpg“. Doesn‘t work. Hope there will be an update as soon as possible
