I keep trying to create an account and I keep going in circles because it says the account does not yet have a password but when I go into add a password the app does not let me scroll down in order to input my password twice. One time it said it submitted and I tried to login through the app and it said there was no password created for the account. I’ve been working at it for about a half an hour and I’m beyond frustrated. Multiple emails and then the app screen doesn’t even show all the info as to why it’s not being accepted.

On a page you go to when you’re having trouble registering with the app, the on-screen keyboard covers up the bottom part of the page that includes the “submit” button. The on-screen keyboard includes a “next” button that one would expect to submit the form. I kept pressing it or changing how I filled out the form trying to make it work. It was only after I _accidentally_ tapped a blank part of the screen that the keyboard disappeared and I saw the “submit” button. Not a good first impression.

The health industry is a beast and ridiculously challenging to navigate. Full of scheduling, calling, voicemails, dealing with pharmacists, insurance, and doctors offices. I rarely leave reviews but for me, the biggest bottleneck of healthcare is the logistical nightmare. I have been using Rightway for over a year for everything from finding a new chiropractor and wisdom tooth removal to medication management. I’ve NEVER received such white globe service. I give them context for what I need and they do EVERYTHING else (booking, finances, etc.). They responded on Christmas, New Years, etc. to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you to the care team for keeping me healthy and protecting my life in some instances. It’s hard to summarize my appreciation.
