First time I purchased from this app I had no issues. But, the second time I was told I had to verify my identity through either a pic of my credit card, id, or phone bill. Me being uncomfortable with taking picture of the first two I took a picture of my phone bill. I understand why proving my identity is important, but most companies go a different route. After two days (they had already taken the money) they rejected my phone number because it wasn’t the one I signed up with. So a month later I tried again, and I was charged again, I was rejected, again. I did change number a few months ago so I went into the options to try to change my number (couldn’t find where you change your number, difficult to find or user error?). So I tried going to support, it asks me to log into my support account, when I tried to log in it said I gave the wrong information (signed up with my Facebook, so I’m unsure if it was to do with that). So me being frustrated that I can’t seem to figure out how to get ahold of this app I’m going to leave this review. I never leave bad reviews and I feel bad for doing so, but they (in my opinion) need to figure out a different way of protecting customers info.
