I started using Gameflip in the beginning and as everyone I always look for the lowest prices available in Gameflip . I must have come across several sales that wasn’t legit because I would pay for a game and never receive it so I did what anyone would do and contacted this app support for a refund. Well this had happened to me on 2 times before and the third time this happened to me my account was permanently suspended... All my purchased before hand had been all good! All the feedback I had received had been positive and I had no problems until they let people start scamming others. I never got an email, message or anything saying that I was suspended or the reason why. All I can say is BEWARE! I know some people who Id met using Gameflip who’d lost over $100 from getting scammed and NEVER got a refund! I just lost $20 but finally after 3 or 4 months I got a refund along with a suspension. But in reality its a full ban! They got by you phone number too so unless you have several different phone numbers to authenticate dont try creating another account and everything you had on the previous account such as feedback and credit is completely gone! Use Gameflip if you want to but I promise they will find a reason to suspend/ban you. I swear I wouldnt use Gameflip again if they gave me $100 worth of free credit! It just makes me so mad how these people treat people.....

Hi I am a seller on this app and have been selling since Early 2018. I have done many deals and sold lots of items on here. I love how easy you can communicate with your buyers or sellers and how cheap the prices are! I love how you can get Rocket League credits for under 1/2 what epic games sells them for! I have made tons of $$$ on here and even bought some items to. Most items sell for fair prices and most sellers including me have discount codes. I would say 99% of the users have been kind and whole hearted to me except the some that have been rude or tried to scam me. Overall though, I will never delete Gameflip and I appreciate this app all my life! I have used the money to buy stuff of my wildest dreams. And the fee is only 10% which isn’t too much to ask for when ur making some rounds selling virtual stuff. Also it’s the same as EBay. But anyways peace out Apple Reviews and thank you this app for the awesome expertise and experience all your developers used to create this wonderful app. I am very thankful for you and cannot express my gratitude.

This is still the best platform for trading not just games but gift cards as well, I’ve been a member for over 2 years now. If you know what you’re doing. I made my some cool cash from Gameflip, they have lots of options on how to sell your items, you can choose to sell automatically: That means you upload the item and it debts automatically to the buyer or Manually delivery: Which means you send the item after the buyer clicks on buy, you can also choose time frame you intend to make the delivery before the buyer purchases your item which they’ll see before purchasing so no argument.

First time I purchased from this app I had no issues. But, the second time I was told I had to verify my identity through either a pic of my credit card, id, or phone bill. Me being uncomfortable with taking picture of the first two I took a picture of my phone bill. I understand why proving my identity is important, but most companies go a different route. After two days (they had already taken the money) they rejected my phone number because it wasn’t the one I signed up with. So a month later I tried again, and I was charged again, I was rejected, again. I did change number a few months ago so I went into the options to try to change my number (couldn’t find where you change your number, difficult to find or user error?). So I tried going to support, it asks me to log into my support account, when I tried to log in it said I gave the wrong information (signed up with my Facebook, so I’m unsure if it was to do with that). So me being frustrated that I can’t seem to figure out how to get ahold of this app I’m going to leave this review. I never leave bad reviews and I feel bad for doing so, but they (in my opinion) need to figure out a different way of protecting customers info.

the whole situation is quite bizarre. I’ve been selling on Gameflip for around a year, have over 350+ positive ratings (no neutrals or negatives) and was over all enjoying that time spent. Then i decided to advertise an account i was selling over a different service (not selling it over this app) so they gave me a warning for selling an account over this app...then i replied to the email stating that i wasn’t in fact selling the account over this app but over a different platform, using this app strictly to advertise the product...but constructing deals outside of this app is also against terms of service (wasn’t aware of this) so in the end i told them this and instead of them replacing the warning scenario they just gave me 2 warnings!! 1 for selling an account over this app (which i wasn’t) and the other for selling over a different platform (which i told them i would take responsibility for)..at this point i was 1 strike away from a permanent ban, so i sent all of this to them asking if they would take away just 1 of the warnings because i didn’t commit both of the actions i was accused of doing, and they literally gave me a 3rd warning without any explanation!!! literally just banned my account because i was stating my point of view. what a bunch of jerks. beware of these bottom feeders.

The options to select, navigate, and find items is a little clunky. Their cut is roughly 10% (steep). I wish there were a way to save my console type so I didn’t have to keep reentering it. When you sell something, on PC notifications you get a nifty little icon that looks different than the rest. You don’t get that on the phone, so that gets a little confusing. Also, the rating system is tough. The game gives you up to 3 days to deliver an item. I know you do your best to respond, but if you cannot connect with a seller within the first few hours, your are almost guaranteed a yellow or red review when often times someone might simply be at work. There is no ability to dispute it, you have to live with the tarnished record because of someone else’s impatience, even though the site allows for up to 3 days to get the item in the buyers hands...

All in all- it works as needed, just choppy. Clean it up and it will be a great place as all games head this direction in the future!

First off, if you don’t have a strong network connection Gameflip just won’t work. Maybe it’s just me but I have full LTE and it still doesn’t work. For some reason Gameflip basically requires me to be on wifi. That’s basically useless as a “mobile app”. You can sign in and when you search or set a filter it just kicks you back to login and sticks you in a loop of that.

this app on it’s own is good, piece of mind when trading is nice. Is it worth their cut? I would probably say yes. They give small credits and discounts via push notification which is cool. I prefer the browser website, it’s a lot better. Things tend to be listed slightly cheaper on here too which is what drew me to service initially.

Fix the connectivity stuff, Gameflip is 5* no question in my mind. Search is clunky but it’s not horrid considering a lot of UI out there. Honestly I would rate Gameflip 1 star but the service is good enough that I’m taking a positive stance and encouraging use of their service.

We all know purchasing gift cards online can sometimes be a hassle and there are people who try to cheat you. Thankfully this app is here to make this process smooth. I will say it is very important to read and follow the purchase rules because this will ensure a smooth process. I personally wish to express my thanks to the help desk for looking into my purchases and for their prompt action in resolving them. I had made the mistake on one of my initial purchases of completing it before I made sure everything was okay. I don't want to go into the details but just will say that the help desk promptly reviewed my Legitimate issue and was quick to resolve the problem. I look forward to continually using this app for my future purchases. Thank you

So I went to this website initially purchased some steam gift cards which promise to give me a nice little discount while purchasing valves new index VR headset… However after downloading Gameflip confirming my account and purchasing more than $250 in gift cards that were supposed to be immediately delivered, i’ve been found the money deducted from my bank but my transactions on the hold until I uploaded a photo of me holding a sign up saying this photo was for their company on today’s date like I was some kidnapped person in a foreign country as well as pictures of my government issued ID front and back and a picture of my most recent phone bill to verify my identity. More like these people are planning identity theft! Hell I use Apple Pay to purchase the cards…
If using my biometric data to authorize an Apple Pay purchase wasn’t enough verification for them then I’m really worried about anything else they do. Apple should really look at removing them from Gameflip Store since they obviously don’t trust apples Security. I for sure don’t trust them.

FIRST OFF THIS IS AN AMAZING APP TO USE! I’ve been using it for a couple of months now for my fallout 76 needs, and I have found the sellers on this platform are very trustworthy and even if you run into an un - trustworthy seller you are covered by the this app buyer agreement where if you report a bad experience and give them the correct information they will not give the seller the money, Gameflip is very smart in the way they did this because the seller does not receive any money until you confirm your order and you confirm that what you received is what you ordered! So this is my review of this app! I recommend that anyone trying to buy in game items or other video game related items use Gameflip!

Looking for an app to buy in game items and gift cards to even digital codes of games etc? Then this is Gameflip for you, you can buy and sell digital content and you’re insured so long as you have photographic and text proof of transactions and even in rare occasions scams... all good things aside Gameflip and company in general have HORRIBLE customer service, it always feels like you’re talking to a wall when help is needed, and after making so many purchases you constantly get placed under “review” and to fix the problem you have to take photo proof of some very personal information such as license photo ID and a picture of your credit card (some numbers blocked for your safety) and you must submit these then wait days, even after giving up your personal information for proof they STILL PLACE YOU UNDER REVIEW.......... if you don’t care about your personal information and you want to use Gameflip for years then you will face some serious issues...... please fix this service.

I have rocket league and I wanted to convert a lot of my items into a little bit of cash I could use to get a computer for college and I ended up getting scammed about $175 worth of items. It said he had purchased my items and that they were awaiting delivery so I invited the guy into my lobby and traded with him and delivered the items. After that I was like “ok now let’s transfer the funds” so I open Gameflip again and go to do that and after about 10 mins of it not working it says the purchase was cancelled. So I lost everything I had and didn’t receive anything for it. I tried reaching out to this app and received just about no help. All they were willing to do was ban the buyer for scam. They would not help me at all saying that it was my fault I was scammed. I even provided evidence of the purchase, Evidence of delivery and everything. Gameflip is awful for new users trying to use a service like this and I would not recommend it to anybody.

I reviewed another response to Gameflip and my review is similar to there’s. I downloaded Gameflip , made an account, and started looking for some cheap in game items. I came across an item that was worth at least a couple hundred bucks but it was going for $20. I noticed that the seller had a lot of good reviews so I didn’t worry at all and thought that I had just scored big time. But I actually got baited big time. The seller never contacted me after I made the purchase. I kept messaging for a few days and then one day I got a suspension. I don’t know why I did but I did. It said it was only for a week so I came back in a week then I got a permanent suspension. Never got the refund and I can’t even creat another account because every time I do Gameflip refreshes and tells me to either sign in or sign up. And I had already logged in but for some reason it keeps refreshing every 5 seconds and logs me out. So either fix your scamming app.

This is my second time writing a review for this app. Gameflip is just so good that I had to write another one. Initially I never trusted 3rd party websites to sell items but after using this app, it is the only one I trust. Selling items is so easy and being a buyer is just as great. Buyers get discounts and a guarantee that they will get a refund if they aren’t given what they bought. I also love how they randomly give you $2 in credits just to spend. At first I thought you had to buy something over $2 but nope! I just get Rocket League credits for free! And all the sellers sell their items for far less cheaper than anything in the the actual game! BEST APP EVER! THANKS this app FOR THR EXTRA MONEY THROUGHOUT THE YEARS!

Ok I had Gameflip downloaded for maybe 10 mins until I deleted it.. and I urge everybody else to do the same.. I also first urge you to read more reviews as well. We can start with the scammers the site is full of them.. stealing money or items or whatever they can get their hands on and Gameflip seems to side with them whether deservingly or not. Many people seem to be scammed out of items or money and nothing back in return or it takes forever for them to get their stuff back. Next would be price in general everything on this site is extremely overpriced probably because no matter what I believe Gameflip itself takes 10% which is crazy... I got on Gameflip to look at some in game items and for the particular item I wanted cost $200.. I repeat 200 DOLLARS FOR AN IN GAME ITEM. An item that gives me no advantage it was all aesthetic. It is robbery all around. Unless you have tons of money laying around avoid Gameflip.

Alright so I have read a LOAD of reviews about how horrible Gameflip is. I decided to try it out anyway to see if Gameflip itself it legit. I think most of the people complaining are the sellers so... I’m from roblox so I bought a $50 worth of robux on my first purchase. And I did receive it. So basically you actually have to do a bit of research on the seller before you actually decide to buy it. That will probably help reduce your chances of being scammed(maybe...??). But they do have a coverage system where after you receive your item you then can accept the transaction so... I think its a nice app overall.

I use to use game flip all the time for purchases and everything was great, amazing sellers, fast easy transactions, with a easy to use/ understand interface. But now every time I make any kind of purchase they constantly ask for verification by both sides of credit card. I’ve verified every card using the exact prompt way they tell you to. But every purchase I make goes under review with the same verification of the card. It’s gotten so annoying because now I have to wait multiple days for 1 purchase because of the awful verification system. Not the mention the awful customer service using “forums” I personally would not recommend using Gameflip anymore as they are siphoning your information and selling it. They don’t need multiple verifications if you’ve already done it on 1 card. Never using this service again.

Hey I don’t like to complain but I used my prepaid card to make a purchase form three 10 dollar purchases one which was on my credit card which worked but when I use my prepaid I waited a while and it said 10 dollars refunded I tried to purchase again and it said declined so I called the prepaid company and it said the purchase went through I would like if the funds would have been added to this app I would have bought it on my credit card but I only had 17 dollars left so I used my prepaid and credit card plz help I love Gameflip

Found a digital copy of a movie I wanted. Registered for an account, verified my email and phone number, then attempted to purchase the movie. First red flag: you can't just buy an item for the price listed, you instead must "add funds" to your account. So my $3.99 purchase is now $5. Oh wait, there's also a processing fee, so now it's $5.61. Second red flag: after choosing Apple Pay and confirming the purchase as usual through my iPhone by double clicking the power button, it takes about a minute to popup that my purchase requires further verification. They actually expected me to take a photo of my driver's license along with a selfie AND a photo of my most recent cellphone bill. Saaaaaaay WHAT? No thanks. Deleted Gameflip and will wait to find a more reputable place to make my media purchases.

Was using Gameflip , buying in game items, spent about $50 through app. Then suddenly they want all this verification. Pictures of me with my ID and credit cards, trying to spend more money, so I go along with it, verification can take “24 hours” had to go around Gameflip and pay sellers via PayPal to get some more stuff. Which I could’ve gotten scammed sending money via friends and family portion of PayPal. So irritating, I’ve never had this much trouble spending MY money. Like Gameflip due to some better prices compared to other listings elsewhere. But come on, if payments are good just figure it out. It’s really uncomfortable sending selfie pictures to an app developer of your ID and credit cards with a handwritten note “for game flip”

I was gonna make a 5 star review but only since y’all this app developers decided to remove paypal as a payment method. paypal is literally payment to everything. you can connect prepaid debit cards, normal debit cards, credit cards.. etc.... but now that you’ve removed paypal as an option, i can’t add funds anymore because i use prepaid debit cards. now if you see it like me, it a lose-lose situation because i can’t buy anything and y’all developers don’t make any money. so if you could please do all of us prepaid debit card users out there a big favor and add back paypal, we’ll do you a big favor and make you more money. now that’s a win-win. i’ll change to a 5 star once you add back paypal. hopefully you’ll read my response and fix it. thanxxxxs

Been using Gameflip for about 2 years. First place I look for any game I’m interested in. Got turned off if it for a while because of sketchy sellers but with the new requirements to sell on this app I’m hoping it skims those guys out. Customer service can use some work but they are good about refunding you quick. Please offer better promotions and fix how giveaways are done. Still have no idea how to be entered into one and the forum is usually not updated or all over the place. Overall I enjoy buying games here. There is still room for lots of improvement and I’m hoping they do it soon.

We here at this app do have an option to cash out, but we never give you money! Want to have scammers scam people? Well come join our “Lovely” community with a bunch of scammers! Oh yea! Did we mention there is a fee for every time you sell something! Yea that’s how we steal your money! Also we like to ignore people who abuse are comment system. Reported someone? Don’t download...... just don’t....... if I could give it a lower rating I would....

To start off I used this app to sell my rocket league items, and it was all good except for the length of time it took for the support to respond when I needed immediate help. Then I stopped using Gameflip for a few months except to see if I could get any good deals for steam. Then out of nowhere a few days ago I receive a notification saying my account was banned for suspicious activity. I immediately contact their support team asking why I was banned, and a few days later I finally get a response just repeating “your account was banned for suspicious activity”. I was never told a real reason or told any act I committed that would’ve gotten my account permanently suspended. Let me repeat this, I did not use Gameflip for months and I got banned.

I used to love Gameflip it was so simple to just sell extra stuff I didn’t need and get a little cash and return until recently when every time I try to use Gameflip I get and error when logging in and I’ve tried to do same with the site, but nothing still get an error. I opened up a support ticket with no response form this app and I even DM’d them on Twitter where someone finally messaged me back but once they got my information to look into it they haven’t responded since. I would love to know why I can’t use my account anymore because I’d like to get back to being able to use Gameflip again. Please help me get my account back or delete my old one so I can make a new one if that’s the issue.

I signed up made! Listed two gift cards they sold! I confirmed with buyers if that they were legit codes! They were happy satisfied customers who want me to sell them more but I refuse to use Gameflip with these ridiculous wait times and hidden fees! I should not have to wait 6 days to receive payment still haven’t received it to my PayPal or has it even cleared! It says on your website 2-3 Days! This site is a joke money hungry! If I was too buy a suns would I be paid sooner I doubt it 10

I honestly love Gameflip but there are a few issues that need improvements. When you click through a lot of profiles, posts etc. when you want to go back you cannot unless you keep tapping the back button which then makes you go back to aaall the stuff you went through. ALSO when i try updating my profile description it always says “display_name cannot be updated yet” but if i go to the desktop version on safari i can change it just fine. Please fix!
