My app has reset as if we had never used it so asking for all info again as if first time user. What can I do about this. I’ve tried turning phone off. No different. Thank you
I have had an account for quite a while and when I go to the ap it is trying to make me sign up again
On 6/18/22 a Hello Fresh charge of $85.91 showed up on my debit card. Problem is I have not ordered anything from Hello Fresh in quite awhile (the bank says Feb) I did not order this. I would like to know how it got charged to my debit and who did it. right now I just need it cancelled. It is still processing the payment so I don't have to file a dispute. Another thought is how did that person get my latest debit card number?

Cant log in. You are are saying invalid password but I know its not because I saved all info in my system so it automatically saves it. Its been this way since last night :( Help

My family gave me a gift card for my birthday. I never received a gift card via email. My daughter talked to a rep and gave me a gift code but received no PIN number. I cannot access because of this.Please inform how to settle problem. Thank you
App will not let me in. Crashes.
My Hello Fresh app just stopped working. I logged out & it wont allow me to log back in (I am using correct username/password). I then deleted app & reloaded it, but still wont let me log in. Does not give me any error messages. Does not tell me my login info is incorrect. It just won’t respond. Help!
