App crashes when viewing recipes

My app has reset as if we had never used it so asking for all info again as if first time user. What can I do about this. I’ve tried turning phone off. No different. Thank you

I have had an account for quite a while and when I go to the ap it is trying to make me sign up again

On 6/18/22 a Hello Fresh charge of $85.91 showed up on my debit card. Problem is I have not ordered anything from Hello Fresh in quite awhile (the bank says Feb) I did not order this. I would like to know how it got charged to my debit and who did it. right now I just need it cancelled. It is still processing the payment so I don't have to file a dispute. Another thought is how did that person get my latest debit card number?

Cant log in. You are are saying invalid password but I know its not because I saved all info in my system so it automatically saves it. Its been this way since last night :( Help

I no longer wish to receive HelloFresh. I have not been able to cancel my subscription using any of the information online (which I had to search hard to find.)

Messages to you are undeliverable from my cell number in Vancouver ,BC ,Canada 1-778-230-6130 We were expecting a delivery today (order of 5 meals for two) nothing yet arrived except for a delivery for Ann Donnely addressed to Lamey's Mill Road . My family gave me a gift card for my birthday. I never received a gift card via email. My daughter talked to a rep and gave me a gift code but received no PIN number. I cannot access because of this.Please inform how to settle problem. Thank you

App will not let me in. Crashes.

My Hello Fresh app just stopped working. I logged out & it wont allow me to log back in (I am using correct username/password). I then deleted app & reloaded it, but still wont let me log in. Does not give me any error messages. Does not tell me my login info is incorrect. It just won’t respond. Help!

My app has stopped working. I deleted the app and reinstalled this but it no longer allows me to login in any way saying registration failed. Email address is also saying not valid? Please can you help?
