I got the app hoping to make paying my bill easier. Once I clicked the option to pay by credit credit card it said I had to leave the app and it opened the web browser to same page where I always have paid the bill. I still had to enter all the information as I did before. This app did not help me in the way I hoped.

I remember seeing something when I downloaded and started using this about being able to see information about energy usage and time of day and things like that. Like the smart meter statistics so I could track how much energy I use when I’m not home and where most of my energy is being consumed, but it doesn’t seem to be a part of the app. Otherwise it works fine for paying your bill. That’s about the only useful feature.

This app seems no more convenient than using the website for paying bills. As for reporting outages...if there is an outage, WiFi doesn't work, so reporting it is impossible by this method. Not worth the storage space it uses on my devices. Will delete.
