Subject Request to Disable Authenticator App Verification and Send Code via Email Dear Support Team, I hope you are well. I am trying to log in to the Athlete Central application, but the verification code is being sent to an authenticator app. Unfortunately, the authenticator app is not working on my mobile phone, and I am unable to access the code. I kindly request you to please disable the authenticator app verification for my account and send the verification code directly to my email address instead, so I can access the application without any issues. The app allows me to turn on push notifications and pin code sign in, but does not keep them turned on once I exit that page in the app.
