First of all, am I rating Wrapify here, or the service? If we’re only talking about Wrapify , then it works well - most of the time. The biggest annoyance I have is that it continually logs me out. This is a problem because it’s designed to run in the background and track your mileage while you go about your day. Since its intended to be forgotten about, I don’t realize until much later that it logged me out and I’ve been driving around but not getting credit/paid for my miles. There are other minor problems too, but no app is perfect.
Now, if we’re rating the service as a whole, I would also say it’s a cool gig. It is a polished operation and they have many aspects streamlined. The onboarding process is easy and more straight forward the their biggest competitor, Carvertize. However there are some rules and policy restrictions that are inflexible at times, so it may not be the right fit for all drivers. But it is easy enough to get in touch with support by messaging right within Wrapify , or responding by email. So there shouldn’t be any delay getting someone to answer your questions, even if the answer is going to be No.
