I installed the wrapify app through google playstore...when I open the app the terms appear but the screen will not scroll down as if to be frozen. I've tried multiple times, closing and reopening the app, same problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still doesn't work.

How to fix Wrapify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wrapify app on iPhone
Update Wrapify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wrapify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wrapify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wrapify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wrapify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wrapify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wrapify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wrapify » click [Force Stop]

Update Wrapify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wrapify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wrapify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wrapify.

Fix Wrapify unable to contact server/ Wrapify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wrapify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wrapify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wrapify
