I filed a claim with Wrapify in November of 2022. for paint that was scrapped off as well as the clear coat of paint being removed during the removal. The tech made me aware of it when I got it removed. I reported it and they were engaging and now I am getting nothing. I need a new paint job and they need to pay for it. I keep getting a generic email that they are looking into it. I am trying to give them a chance to rectify this. However, I am days away from posting all of my pictures on social media and blasting them. It is now 04/2023 I believe; I have been more than patient with them.

Wrapify was great until the removal of the wrap damaged paint

Amended previous review. Wrapify was great until I got my wrap removed. It took off large portions of my paint. They have a “claim” process, which I followed. I got a couple responses but then they just stopped. I have followed up multiple times and they don’t even give me the courtesy of any communication. Just went dark on me with damaged paint after the wrap was taken off. It has been more than a month now. The little money you make isn’t worth the potential damage to your car’s paint with a company that will then not do anything about it. Precious review: I have had a great experience with Wrapify. It took a while for a campaign to be available, but I understand that someone needs to want to advertise before I can get an campaign offer. If you think you just get the app then start magically making money then your crazy. A company has to have a campaign. That took a bit but then when one was available in my area I jumped on it and it’s all been easy. I make money and if I have questions the team at wrapify answer them.👍 Direct deposit into my bank account. Easy!

Not worth it

The App is a little glitchy. I thought I didn’t have to upload proof of photos unless they notified me. It doesn’t show on the “vehicle photos” section right away with the due dates. It just says, “No requests yet…” Then the due dates appear if you wait 5-8 seconds. So I thought I was fine but then wondered why I wasn’t getting paid. The app not showing the due dates right away threw me off so I thought I didn’t have to do anything. It should have a notification symbol or something and should load right away with the due dates! They still paid me even when I was a few days late with uploading photos which I really appreciate!! BUT here’s my problem. Since after that, I have always uploaded the photos on time but am still waiting on 2 payments even after my wrap has been off for 5 weeks!!! I have messaged them 3 times asking when I’d get paid. They keep saying they have asked accounting to release anything outstanding. I still haven’t got paid. Not sure if I’ll even get paid at all!! If you want to drive a clown car for no reason then Wrapify is for you!!

First of all, am I rating the app here, or the service? If we’re only talking about the app, then it works well - most of the time. The biggest annoyance I have is that it continually logs me out. This is a problem because it’s designed to run in the background and track your mileage while you go about your day. Since its intended to be forgotten about, I don’t realize until much later that it logged me out and I’ve been driving around but not getting credit/paid for my miles. There are other minor problems too, but no app is perfect. Now, if we’re rating the service as a whole, I would also say it’s a cool gig. It is a polished operation and they have many aspects streamlined. The onboarding process is easy and more straight forward the their biggest competitor, Carvertize. However there are some rules and policy restrictions that are inflexible at times, so it may not be the right fit for all drivers. But it is easy enough to get in touch with support by messaging right within the app, or responding by email. So there shouldn’t be any delay getting someone to answer your questions, even if the answer is going to be No.
