Goat keeps crashing when I click on the app

My orders have been placed in GOAT storage and can not be retrieved. The status of both items are not updated. I’ve been contacting customer service, I’m at my 10th email with them. Nothing is moving forward!

So I was new to this app looking for some shoes and I had find me new pairs of Jordan 11s and I have Order it. It have been stuck on seller packaging for like 4 days so I basically waiting on my shoes should I refund ????

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GOAT app issues:

Force Stop the GOAT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GOAT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GOAT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GOAT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GOAT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GOAT.

Fix GOAT unable to contact server/ GOAT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GOAT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GOAT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
