My orders have been placed in GOAT storage and can not be retrieved. The status of both items are not updated. I’ve been contacting customer service, I’m at my 10th email with them. Nothing is moving forward!

So I was new to this app looking for some shoes and I had find me new pairs of Jordan 11s and I have Order it. It have been stuck on seller packaging for like 4 days so I basically waiting on my shoes should I refund ????
