Не возможно дозвонится в супорт. Приложение не работает. Поддержка не отвечает в чате. Привязать карту не возможно. Воспользоваться приложением не возможно.

Useless app, logs me out and password reset won’t work. If you can’t get this to work reliably for this kind of app please don’t even try

The first time I used this was a month or so ago. It had flaws but at least IT WORKED somewhat. I had to call in every time I time wanted to leave my bike because CityBeesharedmobility would crash, but at least I could take a bike. Now I cannot even do that. When I open CityBeesharedmobility it doesn't even show the stops anymore. Please fix this.

Some kind of network failure when returning the bike. Found out 14 hours and 90 € later

Poor customer service. Representatives do not know how to help their clients properly, lack of flexibility and common sense.

Be careful. The prices are very misleading and they will charge more after you get in the car. The “hourly rate” can be less than a half hour ride and their are all kinds of hidden charges.

Why do I have to pay a road charge for a cargo truck? Does the next person renting it has to do the same on the same day? That is ridiculous and this practice should stop.

I am an American with an American phone number. CityBeesharedmobility doesn’t send verification codes to American phone numbers so it’s not possible to sign up….

CityBeesharedmobility is good, especially UI for one hand navigation on large screen. Nevertheless:
1. Overall application performance is very slow. Sometimes it is way better to force close application and reopen.
2. Battery eater!

Daug automobilių mieste, gali palikti vos ne kur nori. Beveik dvigubai pigiau lyginant su taksi, visi automobiliai nauji ir tvarkingi. Turi stoteles Vilniaus ir Kauno oro uostuose, autobusų stotyse. Could not find any rental so decided to try citybee. Had to go to Druskininkai, and they don’t have/allow Druskininkai drop off yet. One day trip cost me 72 Euros. It’s a bit too expensive for a day trip. In my opinion CityBeesharedmobility/service is good if you are going from one point to another and just dropping the car off. Otherwise it’s way smarter to rent.

Every time I open app while using a car it says “no reservation” then after ten seconds, it appears. Also, there is no way to see mileage used (ideally by day) so I can compare my actual odometer reading with what they think I drove.

This is an amazing app. Great idea, extremely convenient and cheap!

Great car and service, but CityBee card did not work to pay for gas at CirkleK.

Easy to use, and when I had a problem -> the instantly fixed it! Very impressed with the cars and service 👍
