Why do I have to pay a road charge for a cargo truck? Does the next person renting it has to do the same on the same day? That is ridiculous and this practice should stop.

Be careful. The prices are very misleading and they will charge more after you get in the car. The “hourly rate” can be less than a half hour ride and their are all kinds of hidden charges.
