How to fix Navigate360 Student app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Navigate360 Student app on iPhone
Update Navigate360 Student app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Navigate360 Student iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Navigate360 Student on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Navigate360 Student network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Navigate360 Student Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Navigate360 Student not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Navigate360 Student App
1. On android, goto Settings » Navigate360 Student » click [Force Stop]

Update Navigate360 Student to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Navigate360 Student App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Navigate360 Student » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Navigate360 Student.

Fix Navigate360 Student unable to contact server/ Navigate360 Student internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Navigate360 Student » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Navigate360 Student » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Navigate360 Student
