MISSING_USER_403: Sorry, your credentials worked but we can’t find your account in Navigate. Please contact your school administrator.

Navigate App never lets me login. Each time I try, I get a message: "CENTRAL_402: Sorry, your credentials worked but something went wrong. Please try again and contact your school administrator if this continues."
