It’s been great sending money through InterGlobal - very convenient and fast - if you live in the U. S. and need to send money to Brasil, make the transfer before 11 a.m. and it’s usually into the person’s account on the same day. I also used it to pay bills in BRAZIL - it really works
O aplicativo tem funcionado muito bem pra mim - caso você more nos E.U.A. e precise enviar dinheiro para uma conta corrente ou poupança no Brasil, com urgência - basta fazer a transferência antes das 11h da manhã que geralmente cai na conta da pessoa no mesmo dia (dias úteis, e claro) - também já usei para pagar boletos no Brasil - funciona bem (apesar da taxa) - para quem não mantém uma conta corrente no Brasil com acesso on-line para pagamento de compras, e muito útil e conveniente

A few months back while they were still growing, they’re dollar conversion rates to other currencies was really good. In my case I send money to Brazil and the dollar conversion rate was about 3% higher then Xoom, for example. But that difference dropped over time and now they have basically the same conversion rate as Xoom.

This needs major work. The interface is designed poorly and is quite user unfriendly. Transaction history could not be accessed after it charged me multiple times then subsequently canceled a transaction, creating much confusion. Had to call my credit card company to figure out what the heck was going on.
I attempted to add my bank multiple times, but it kept circling back to the ‘select payment method>add bank section.

The exchange rates advertised on the website are actually higher than the actual ones once you open InterGlobal . It’s basically false advertising. It is cheaper to use Wise, formerly known as Transferwise. Go there instead!

Somehow disappointed with the service. I made a transfer on a Friday and the company waited until Tuesday of the following week to contact me to ask me to fill out a form with information regarding the source of the money that was being transferred, beneficiary(which it was my own accoun in Brazil). they said that they could only transfer the money to my account once they got a hold of that form. They ended up transferring the money on wednesday(almost a week later ) The whole situation was very unprofessional and I will no longer be using their service. And I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I downloaded InterGlobal because google recommended it but I should read the reviews
I used this because of a faster service I made the transfer on Thursday and it says it will be available on Friday on Friday I talk to them because on the same day I made the transfer I send everything they asked which is verification or where the funds come from Friday comes now I receive a email saying my transaction is canceled??? And disable the account Why??the can’t give me a reason Yea this is bad service and what if the person receiver is in some kind of emergency?? DONT DOWNLOAD THIS

I tried different times to direct deposit to my beneficiary’s bank account and beneficiary should fill out a form to be able do it this way. It was done that way and any way my transaction was cancelled one and other time.
The company I use did not ask for forms and direct deposit is in minutes I use it for years.
USEND told me to try pick up money service and sent it like way USEND took my money from bank but the beneficiary when to pick up every day during 4 days and never appear the money on bank system. beneficiary showed to bank my receipt from USEND and email with pin and checked the system one more time and any transfer show up.
I had to call explain the issue to USEND’s customer service. I did not get any explanation why they did not pay. I cancelled the
Order and I hope to see my money on the bank.
Pretty bad service from USEND I did not recommended.

I chose InterGlobal for the rating and the comments, but I regretted it. My first transaction has been a headache. I have to send all kinds of documentation, and all this will take five business days. If you are looking for agility and a quick procedure this is not InterGlobal for you. Too much bureaucracy to use your bank account. I regret choosing InterGlobal and now I have to wait.

Escolhi o app pelos comentários e pela nota, mas me arrependo. Minha primeira transação está sendo uma dor de cabeça. Tenho que enviar todos os documentos que usei para abrir minha conta bancária ou seja muita burocracia que ainda por cima me levará cinco dias úteis se tudo correr bem. Se você procura por um app simples e ágil este está longe de ser. Me arrependo amargamente de ter feito essa escolha.

I’ve been using InterGlobal for the past 3 years to send money from USA to Brazil and it’s the most convenient way to do it.
I used to go to a store somewhere but with USEND I do everything in 1 minute.
InterGlobal is easy to use and they offer great support through phone in different languages.
I totally recommend it!

There is a 5 business days just to verify with the bank.
Then you need to upload your docs so they can verify your identity which is fine, but they keep asking for the same documents and once more ask you to wait 5 days to check your identity.
I didn’t have to go through this with xoom or transfer wise. Basically, I tried once (still don’t have the money in my account) and this will be it. Deleting it immediately after having my money in my account.

I spoke to Javier Hernández and was rude because I question him why did USEND withdraw $493 dollars from my bank account and froze the money without giving me a notice and they had me going from town to town to the banks trying to cash the money with a pin they provided me and was no good because the money was frozen from them. So the Javier Hernández took it to him self to block my login to InterGlobal and 15 minutes later I got a email stating my money transfer was cancel without my knowing so please don’t send money with these people they are shady and crooked worst company ever!!!!!

I was confused about what should I do or shouldn’t do was I able to send money what all did I need and after I sent the money when you needed more documents after I’ve already gave you my bank information and drivers license so I’m not sure what all I need to provide as I cooperated and try to save money now the recipient has trouble picking it up so I’m totally confused

Super grateful my information was approved in InterGlobal. We had been praying for a long time for something to help us in this time where my husband and I are separated and needing to share finances across distance. This has the best rate of exchange we have seen so far plus enables bank to bank! we are just super grateful to God for InterGlobal thank you🙏🏼

I used this platform to send money to mexico and I was charged since 3 days now, my money has not been remit to the recipient, I ask them to cancel my transfer they have turn deaf on me and anytime I call them they hang me up everytime please don’t ignore this review don’t fall a victim they are truly a scam

Before I used to go to the stores in person to send money, and it used to take forever to hit my account. USEND made my life so much easier and the deposits are usually done same day. Super recommend it!

I sent money on the 1st I called costumer service they said on the 4th it’s going to be available to pick up .I called today it’s the 4th and the costumer service lady said they can pick up the money in 5 days ! They are just lying to me this is the worst app! I recommend you guys use Remitly you send money and in that instant the beneficiary can pick it up right away they don’t have to wait days they pick up the money right away with Remitly!

We go through so much frustration:( zoom can send our money without headache:)

USEND is been very reliable so far, I have had not problems with it. It is on time, any place, any time. I can account on them to send money to family and friends and they need it.

Best money transfer . Money gets at destination very quickly. Customer services is amazing. Very happy with them.

I made a mistake by sending the money to the wrong person. I tried to cancel the shipment through the application, but there is no way to contact the customer service. You would tell me that you would be in analysis. The money came out of my account, but also. to doi deposited not even for the wrong person. Every time I make a remittance to the contrary of the other apps that do almost immediately if it is in bank hours it takes much more time. Horrible!
