This needs major work. The interface is designed poorly and is quite user unfriendly. Transaction history could not be accessed after it charged me multiple times then subsequently canceled a transaction, creating much confusion. Had to call my credit card company to figure out what the heck was going on. I attempted to add my bank multiple times, but it kept circling back to the ‘select payment method>add bank section. The exchange rates advertised on the website are actually higher than the actual ones once you open the app. It’s basically false advertising. It is cheaper to use Wise, formerly known as Transferwise. Go there instead!

Somehow disappointed with the service. I made a transfer on a Friday and the company waited until Tuesday of the following week to contact me to ask me to fill out a form with information regarding the source of the money that was being transferred, beneficiary(which it was my own accoun in Brazil). they said that they could only transfer the money to my account once they got a hold of that form. They ended up transferring the money on wednesday(almost a week later ) The whole situation was very unprofessional and I will no longer be using their service. And I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I downloaded this app because google recommended it but I should read the reviews I used this because of a faster service I made the transfer on Thursday and it says it will be available on Friday on Friday I talk to them because on the same day I made the transfer I send everything they asked which is verification or where the funds come from Friday comes now I receive a email saying my transaction is canceled??? And disable the account Why??the can’t give me a reason Yea this is bad service and what if the person receiver is in some kind of emergency?? DONT DOWNLOAD THIS
