We recently had the opportunity to use your facility in Orlando. When we called on Tuesday the 21st of November for a reservation for Thursday and part of Friday the 23rd and 24th, we were told we would not need a reservation because there was plenty of available parking. We arrived Thursday morning and was told non reservations would cost $95.00 per day. We had no choice, we had a train to catch. We all felt totally scammed, people with reservations were being charged $60.00 per day. We feel $60.00 per day is definitely still too high, but would have been better than $95.00. The attendants said they had no way of overriding the system and kind of laughed it off. One worker even acted surprised we were willing to pay that to park. When we arrived back to your facility Friday evening at 6:30, checking out at 6:47. Our total bill with taxes and fees was $229.04, unbelievable. Now after reading about your company on your website, you portray a family atmosphere, and a feel good company that takes care of its employees and customers. However, in our world we don't feel good about our experience at all. We are older retired folks that feel like you took advantage of us, and many other people. We are not looking for any special treatment, and realize as past business owners, prices can vary on the holidays. I am simply giving you notice, your company needs to evaluate how it treats its customers around the holidays. Especially the older generation who are not quite as savvy on a computer. I do know enough about a computer to give a review and, I can use the phone to call the local news station to let them know how your company treats senior citizens and war veterans. How this goes from here is in your hands. From my perspective $229.04 for a day and a half of parking with a 10 minute ride plus tip to the train station is absolutely unacceptable! My name is Ramiro Villescas. My reservations # is 112514939 (Pay Now). Yesterday (05-19-23) I checked in at 11:07 am at the Parking Spot #2 on Will Clayton Blvd. My reservaton is for 2 weeks, returning on 06-02-23. When I arrived at the airport, We learned that our flights to Europe at 2:30 pm we delayed. We waited for our flights until 7:30 pm; at that time we learned that our flights were cancelled. We returned to the Parking Sport and checked out at 7:51 pm. We are asking for consideration in receiving a refund or keeping it as a credit for our future trip? Thank you for any help that you can give us.

I cannot find a way to make contact with a customer service rep. I am a member and forgot about making a reservation for my trip. Went online this morning after my app did not connect. I tried several times and locked out. Following instructions it to me to reset password. Received the email and went to the link. If I accept the suggestion it shows error and if I pick a custom password it says error. I went online again and tried to make a reservation as a guest. When I entered the information it said I was a member and would not let me complete the reservation as a guest. Very frustrating that there is no one I can contact directly to fix this.

I recently made reservation at the DFW Parking Spot reservation number 110479957. I prepaid for this spot, then after reviewing I realized this was for the North Entrance and I'm needing a spot in the South Entrance. I tried to edit the first reservation without success and ended up with a second reservation number 110480578 for the South entrance. I reviewed my credit card statement and realized that I was double charged for both the north and south reservations in the amount of $126.58. I would appreciate your assistance in cancelling the North entrance (110479957) and receiving a credit for the charge in the amount of $126.58. I called DFW Parking Spot when I realized this error and received a voice message and was transferred where I left my name and phone number, as of this morning I haven't received any response. thank you for your time and immediate assistance. I am a frequent user and a spot club member. I had a question and called the Kansas City airport location and got a very rude person on the phone who couldn't answer a fairly simple question about how a new 24 hour period is billed and whether there is an hourly rate for the first hour or two. She kept speaking over me and interrupting me before I was done asking my question. I tried asking my question again and she said she couldn't help me and hung up. Not very good customer service!

Missed Our Flight

We truly had a great experience when we first used The Parking Spot services in ATL.

Unfortunately, they no longer transit customers to the International Gates, which was not clear through the terminology used in the mobile application. We were dropped off at the domestics gate and went through the general boarding security.

Nonetheless, we arrived to our terminal at the exact departure time and missed our flight. We will no longer recommend or use The Parking Lot services in the future. Shout out to Delta Airlines for getting us another flight tomorrow morning free of charge.

Ultimate Car Detail

Love The Parking Spot and your staff. Appreciate the great service in being picked up from the airport and carried back to my car. Haven’t used you in quite awhile but was very impressed with the service. However I had signed up and paid for the Ultimate car detail and my car was only washed and barely cleaned out inside. Your staff kindly refunded me the $105 but I came away not getting what I had expected. Now I have to go out and get my car detailed by someone who will actually do a good job. Hopefully you guys can find detailers who will not try to cheat us. I have photos if you wish to see them.

Shuttle finder needs work and some airports are unsupported

Shuttle finder has yellow areas on a map where a shuttle should pick up at, however, they clearly do not at the LGA airport. LGA parking is also not supported in app but allows you to make a reservation and gives you the false sense of security that you have a spot until you arrive and the staff has no idea about the app. Additionally, the shuttle was about to leave seconds after arriving and picking up one person instantly. Others seem to have good service but I’m not going to let my experience go unheard. Here is your one star review!
