So this couple from Tennessee Jennifer and Steve Wise run this company (most likely out of their garage). They have one email address in the name of operation/support model (no phone number) and the couple is very selective about which request to respond to. If they don’t like your request or your issue, they will give you a silent treatment and there is nothing you can do about it. Also, they offer this lifetime license with 3 devices but here’s the catch, if you upgrade your device (phone or laptops), you lose that license. They don’t allow you to port the Licence from your old device to an upgraded device. Bottom line, their lifetime license is only good for the life of your device. What a gimmick....

Installed PasswordBossPasswordManager on my iPhone and iPad. On the same day (new update), both would not allow me to login without the Master Password (had been using facial recognition/pin for login). Since I saved my Master Password on both devices, I figured I could look up my master password if one failed. Since both “failed” at the same time, I now have to start over re-entering in passwords. No phone support. Email support responds slowly and is not helpful.

Password Boss is super cool, but PasswordBossPasswordManager breaks half the time. When logging into a site using the auto fill function my my iPhone, it’s a coin toss whether it’ll work quickly and simply, or whether it’ll crash and turn my screen green, forcing me to close PasswordBossPasswordManager and restart the login process.

It keeps doing that with each attempt, so I have to login to PasswordBossPasswordManager separately to get the password (if I have permission to see it) and enter it manually.

Probably a bug. Fix it and I’ll give PasswordBossPasswordManager five stars.

PasswordBossPasswordManager is nice, but it needs improvement. It works well when filling in passwords on websites. It’s icons are labeled well, so it’s easily navigated by the visually impaired. However, the help file is often unclear, and if there is too much dependence on screenshots, and not enough on detailed description of how to perform tasks. Especially for those who are visually impaired, and cannot see the screenshots. Also, it is not possible to request help, because there appears to be no phone number to call, and when you send emails, you encounter acaptcha, A picture used to verify that you were not a robot. This would be usable, if an audible capture option or added. But without this, it is impossible for a visually impaired person to request help.

Love it for its simplicity and convenience. PasswordBossPasswordManager is a way better than other similar apps thanks to its UI. It tooks me only a few seconds to find needed records 👍🏻

The best choice for anyone who needs to keep every password safe and sound. I use PB and recommend it!

I sent an email with a question and was answered with in very brief period of time. So I consider that super customer support!

Love the multi language support. I use PasswordBossPasswordManager for 3 months on a daily basis and it saved me so many times!!! Definitely recommend to install

I have over 300 passwords saved and PasswordBossPasswordManager is a real lifesaver. Auto fill for app logins is fantastic and now all of my passwords are different for every site and app.

Would recommend trying it out. Works on multiple locations.

I’ve used PasswordBossPasswordManager for several years. Across 3 different devices. No problems, and cross platform sync is convenient.

Love PasswordBossPasswordManager! Never fails me and makes tracking over 60 passwords on different websites apps etc a breeze. Full on security so I don’t have to worry about having my passwords stolen.

I have tried several password managers and found that Password Boss surpasses them all with ease of use and adding orher systems. All I can say is try others and you will agree with me. Their support is second to none.

I've used Password Boss for 3 years now and it's been solid. Multiple devices, no hiccups. Was up to 500 passwords. Folders,sharing, 2fa, everything you need! My company even uses it now!

What a great option to manage my passwords on Mac! Its features and efficiency stand out in a very competitive market.
