DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY - Unprofessional couple running a mom and pop operation

So this couple from Tennessee Jennifer and Steve Wise run this company (most likely out of their garage). They have one email address in the name of operation/support model (no phone number) and the couple is very selective about which request to respond to. If they don’t like your request or your issue, they will give you a silent treatment and there is nothing you can do about it. Also, they offer this lifetime license with 3 devices but here’s the catch, if you upgrade your device (phone or laptops), you lose that license. They don’t allow you to port the Licence from your old device to an upgraded device. Bottom line, their lifetime license is only good for the life of your device. What a gimmick....
Avoid this App Like the Plague

Installed this app on my iPhone and iPad. On the same day (new update), both would not allow me to login without the Master Password (had been using facial recognition/pin for login). Since I saved my Master Password on both devices, I figured I could look up my master password if one failed. Since both “failed” at the same time, I now have to start over re-entering in passwords. No phone support. Email support responds slowly and is not helpful.
App breaks a lot

Password Boss is super cool, but the app breaks half the time. When logging into a site using the auto fill function my my iPhone, it’s a coin toss whether it’ll work quickly and simply, or whether it’ll crash and turn my screen green, forcing me to close the app and restart the login process.
It keeps doing that with each attempt, so I have to login to the app separately to get the password (if I have permission to see it) and enter it manually.
Probably a bug. Fix it and I’ll give the app five stars.
