We used this app as our online ordering at our family owned business through Clover and we started getting chargebacks from our bank and when we attempted to dispute them the bank nor this app would own up to these chargebacks as the fraudsters ordered through this app’s website and this app didn’t validate the customers credit card information to make sure it wasn’t fraud. We canceled their service after losing a lot of money so I’d suggest never doing business with this company as if they do this to their clients god only knows what they’d do to their customers? Good luck if you use this service and I hope you don’t have issues with chargebacks like we did.

Crashes seconds after choosing a restaurant. Every time.

Menufy has no accountability. There is no way of knowing if my meal is getting picked up or if they are running behind. Also, no customer line to get reimbursed for when they didn’t provide the service I paid them for. I will never use Menufy again.

I just want to know who received the tip for the order I had to pick up myself. An hour after it was supposed to arrive.

If all Menufy does is take you to the website for ordering and even chops off portions of the web page that makes you end up going to Safari to go to the website, Menufy is worthless and frankly, I suspect, probably is just to harvest user information.

Menufy upcharges menu items and pockets the difference, on top of charging a $1.50 “convenience fee” which they do not announce until after the purchase; additionally unstable interface that routinely drops and cancels orders.

A pointless middleman. Just call the resturaunt if you want to order.

Menufy is broken it keeps saying 'No address provided' when I am trying to checkout of a carry out order (there is no place to even put an address). Hate to think of the small businesses being effected by this.

I click on the nearest restaurant and Menufy shuts down. Tried multiple times and with a restart.

I've been trying to get my refund for weeks now. They lie about when I got the refund and continue to stay 3-5 business days. They tell me to keep checking with my bank but my bank says there's no pending refunds. I do not recommend Menufy

Tried ordering pizza through Menufy and there were delivery issues on the restaurants side not having a driver. When I called to get a refund the agent I spoke to told me I’d have to wait even though she had called and spoke to someone and was told they had no delivery driver. She had to speak to a manager… I’m guessing to confirm there wasn’t a delivery driver even being told by an employee there wasn’t at the late hours. Great app already deleted 👍

Do not use this place to order food! They tried charging me 2 times for my order! Luckily my debit card wouldn’t let them!

Horrible experience. Placed an online order for food and the delivery driver refused to do anything about it and this app didn’t do anything about it. They called me and just said sorry our driver refused to deliver the food and there is nothing we can doo about it. Worst customer service experience. Also found out they aren’t going to do anything about the driver. Apparently this has happened before.

Should have contacted restaurant directly. Menufy added surcharges without my permission or knowledge until AFTER the charge was processed. Be better. Shady af.

Have to use my laptop to be able to log in and earn rewards.

Always seems to not be filling in all the data. Really need an updated app with an actual account so you can more easily order. (With history to te-order, etc…)

On the upside, you don’t need an account. Cool!
On the downside, there’s no way to follow up with your order. Once you make the order, it disappears into the ether. No confirmation email, not even a receipt in Apple Pay. When I go to the link in the Apple Wallet, here’s what I see
“404 File not found.
Sorry... we couldn't find what you were looking for. “

So yeah Menufy works but the user experience is horrible when compared to something like Instacart or Door Dash. The ONLY reason I will possibly use Menufy in the future is to support my local restaurant. Otherwise I would not touch Menufy again. I’m super disappointed by this. Here’s to hoping that I get my food in an hour. It would be cool if someone would make an app that lets you know if your order was received. Feels bad man. PepeHands

Update: Oh so I finally got a text message from some random number with a functional door dash link. That’s better but why was there a need to have me guess what was going to happen? Why are there literally zero menus in your app with an explanation of how this process works? At least I know my order went through 10 minutes later, but this is still not what I’d call a great user experience. I’m still mad at you bro.

As a mom, Menufy has saved me many times. Super easy, convenient to use especially when we are sick or don’t have time to make dinner. I live up north and there are ton of options.

I used Menufy by accident really; but was impressed with easy navigation of menu feature. I also like that there were no hidden fees...and, there are a lot of fees which I have found to be included with most delivers since COVID. I didn’t have to calculate the tip which is nice. (Oh...Menufy should provide additional tip optios beyond 15% for the driver)

Menufy works flawlessly, amazing idea.

Ordering food was easy to do... However the order was not received by the restaurant for 20 minutes ( when the food was suppose to be ready in 20 minutes). Thus we waited 40 minutes for the food 😒I will never use this service again!

So many issues with placing a simple order. Don’t bother

Menufy will rose your order and then cancel it because the places they list for delivery don’t deliver

Menufy is more than useless, there are only SIX options for delivery in the whole county. Which is odd as we’re live in the most densely populated county In Florida!!

App consistently locks up and crashes. Took about six restarts to process an order. Thank goodness I it saved my orders and address. Please fix ASAP.

They charge you fee for using without telling you. They claim this is necessary to “pay the bills” and pass the blame onto the restaurant. Will not use again

I usethis app for ordering Chinese food, but not anymore. It has a order 10 orders and get the next one free. I had 9 orders and logged in today to see all my previous orders are deleted. Forget that....and Menufy

No way to view previous orders, no way to check delivery status, and no in-app button for support. I didn’t even get an email confirmation.

Only Facebook and google as choices? Bad form. Not providing the option to create an account using an email address and password is a horrible decision.

I prefer eat24 by Yelp because there is real-time chat support and order tracking. You also can view your account for previous order info.

I found the restaurant after all. After I order I will do another review.

Used Menufy for he 1st time last night. Great user interface and I really like that I could leave some gratuity for the driver.

Using this for order dinner, easy use, bunch of payment method, great customer service.

First and LAST time I’ll use this ridiculous app. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Got my order completely wrong TWICE and would not refund my money. USE ANOTHER APP
