My password didn’t save for some reason on my phone, so I was stuck trying to reset it. No matter how many times I tried, or what combination of letters, capitals, numbers and symbols I used, the “submit” button wouldn’t work. Even when I tried to send in a trouble ticket, I had to know my “thank you card” number - unlike most grocery stores, it was not my phone number, and I had no idea how to look it up. I was just trying to find out if they carried meat thermometers, and you can’t even search online unless you have an account! Then, when I tried to call the store, I kept getting pushed from department to department, and no one could just go and check for me. So, no functional app, poor customer service, and unfortunately the closest grocery store to us!
