I started a new job that used Nozbe and had to login as a new team member. We had three spots left on our plan so we weren’t over the limit for users. Nozbe kept saying my trial was about to expire but I was part of a paid plan so I didn’t understand why it was saying that. The only way to reach out to Nozbe is through their “contact us” feature which I did, repeatedly, and never got a response. My trial is now expired and I can’t access my stuff for work and no one at my small business is particularly tech savvy nor do we have time to track down unresponsive tech help for an app that keeps harassing me to upgrade when we already have a paid plan. We are going to drop Nozbe and use Trello instead. We’ve wasted a lot of time and money on this glitchy frustrating software.

Advice to newcomers!

Make sure you take the time to learn how to use the appp, or you may lose valuable data!

Have been a long time user and a fan of Wunderlist, which is a great Todo app as well.
But I was looking for a similar app, that has a few more advanced features for projects, such as, sub-projects, or clustered tasks, and Nozbe have them, so I decided to test it.
I didn't watch all tutorials or read all instructions right in the beginning, but in a course of a few months, I learned different parts at a time.
Maybe, if I took the time to learn most of the features upfront, I wouldn't have lost long checklists I prepared.

The saddest part that I learned the hard way - is there is no way to reverse, or restore them - even after using the "Save" button.

(The first time I lost a checklist, was right before I completed writing it, and tap "save".
The 2nd time, I did save the list, but it's gone)

Please improve sync features with Evernote

This is overall a very good app for task management. I like it’s easy to use and clean interface. The apple watch app is simple and ready to use as well.

My main want, that could make this five stars, is better synchronization with Evernote. Currently it will sync notes with reminders which great! However it doesn’t sync any other feature such as the folder the note ia from or any tags. Also when the note title changed in evernote this information does not sync to NOZBE. Finally it would be nice if a task created in Nozbe would sync to a new reminder in evernote. Currently alms notes have to start in evernote.

Awesome, but lately iPhone app not syncing

Usually I'd give 5 stars bc NozbePersonal has organized my entire life - using Michael Hyatt's techniques. Pls update so iPhone app gets its refresh button back. It used to sync like a charm immediately, but stopped. Help!

Fantastic Productivity Suite - perfect for collaboration

Love the new Siri integration and the watch app! I get stuff done on my wrist now :-)

Nothing beats Nozbe in terms for project sharing, collaboration and delegating tasks. In our company we no longer use email to communicate, we just do it all through Nozbe's shared projects.

The Evernote and Dropbox integrations are a welcome bonus.

Best for GTD

I've tried various GTD applications, from before iPhone days. None of them compare to the ease of using Nozbe. You can tell it was created by real GTD practitioners — it's not a to-do list app with GTD stuff bolted on the side.

Nozbe lives in my iPhone dock. The better I get at offloading my brain into it, the more essential it becomes to me.

Nozbe is the best! I've tried the "best" apps and have always came back to a Nozbe afterward. Support is number one as well. Any question I've had, has always been answered timely, politely and completely. Should be the first app to appear in NozbePersonal Store for project management, task management, life management, on and on...

Keeps getting better

Great for implementing David Allen's GTD principles. Beyond that, the seamless integration with Evernote, email, Dropbox, Google Drive, Calendars, and Box is worth every penny paid for NozbePersonal.

The Pro version is well worth it and allows the ability to add one user. My wife and I use it together to share grocery lists, errands, ideas for vacations, etc. It rocks!

Only getting started but if you’re a GTD fan or anyone looking for a simple way to get more productive you’ll love Nozbe.

What I like so far - capture mechanism is fantastic, project structure is very intuitive and seamlessly able to pick up phone or IPad or desktop without major changes in look and feel is very nice.

I’ve been using Nozbe daily for years and I love that it is simple and just works. There are other, fancier, todo apps, but I love the simplicity and ease-of-use. It helps that the company is fully focused, not just on making apps, they are focused on helping people be productive. I try new todo apps every six months or so, but I always come back to Nozbe.

A great tool for simple or complex use

Nozbe has it all but you don't have to use it all. Make it as complex or simple as you need. It will grow with you and handle projects and simple tasks really well. This is the underdog in the productivity market. Costs money. Works great. Constantly updated and improved. It's better than 95% of the tools out there.

1. It does almost everything I want an app to do, and it prolly does more I don't know about.
2. Delfina and her team (more and more names now) respond quickly to my inane requests and comments.
3. It works seamlessly on win10, Linux (restart after install), iOS, and there's a web app, all coordinated within seconds of any change anywhere.
4. In-app links to data on Evernote, Dropbox and a handful more and Google calendars.
5. I wish I knew how to generate "done" notices to appear like comments do.
6. I can access a trail (log?) of actions taken on any project, like I see concurrently in my notification emails. I just tap the "i" then choose the lightning bolt.

Very logical and a joy to use. Nothing escapes my “In” box.

I have used Apple notes and Evernote (which I still subscribe to) because of the awesome web clipper, but I love the simple usability of Nozbe, which is based on the methodology of David Allen’s best-selling book “Getting Things Done“ (GTD). Borrowing from David’s book the quote from Albert Einstein “everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler”, that is Nozbe in a nutshell.

CTO for a startup here. It’s hard to build something that clicks with your users and that they don’t have to “figure out.” You guys did it and should be proud. The way I see it is if there’s training involved, give up and do something else. No training required for Nozbe. Great job, guys!
