My password didn’t save for some reason on my phone, so I was stuck trying to reset it. No matter how many times I tried, or what combination of letters, capitals, numbers and symbols I used, the “submit” button wouldn’t work. Even when I tried to send in a trouble ticket, I had to know my “thank you card” number - unlike most grocery stores, it was not my phone number, and I had no idea how to look it up. I was just trying to find out if they carried meat thermometers, and you can’t even search online unless you have an account! Then, when I tried to call the store, I kept getting pushed from department to department, and no one could just go and check for me. So, no functional app, poor customer service, and unfortunately the closest grocery store to us!

I love the hometown feel of the store and was excited to switch over to make Bashas my main source for groceries. But BashasPersonalThankYou is terrible! If you select search, you are stuck and have to completely sign out. I was on the home page where I could select the tabs at the bottom for coupons and list, I wanted to look at the ad. So I went to the 3 bars on the top left side, looked at the ad, couldn’t get back. Tried all the selections, 3 bars top left (menu button) and could not get to home page. I have a current IPhone so I tried my friends Samsung, even worse. I use my phone and apps for most everything, so I am fluent with various processes.
I was really looking forward to using BashasPersonalThankYou to save money and see what is on sale. Good luck! Might look at a different store to shop at where I can actually use BashasPersonalThankYou .

My Bashas app won’t open. I waited several minutes for BashasPersonalThankYou to open and the latest update is a nuisance. When I last used BashasPersonalThankYou I waited for a while and then set my phone down to get some things done while it worked to start. When I came back it was on the sign in page. I have a Touch ID password saver and BashasPersonalThankYou does not recognize the saved password and user name. That is a real aggravation, then after you look up the saved password and painstakingly peck it in there is no way to stay signed in or use Touch ID to sign in automatically. Also there is no curbside pickup for the Payson store. Why advertise only to disappoint? BashasPersonalThankYou went from useful to aggravating in one update, it used to keep me signed in and I could access my shopping list with a couple of taps. Now I cannot, boooo!!!

Love shopping at Bashas but today with COVID-19 most purchases are made through the self checkout lane with the machine asking have you scanned your Bashas card yet and your coupons??

For those who don’t carry cards anymore and only use the phone, it is possible I believe to create a digital Apple Wallet card that can be held in front of a reader to register the card and even scan digital coupons or associate preselected coupons with the individuals digital card.

Staples has an Apple Wallet card as does the east coast grocer Shop-Rite and maybe others. Maybe Apple can assist Bashas create something similar if the cost is reasonable.

Since I 1st visited this location I’ve been treated with excellent customer service. Not just typical customer service but personal customer service. Somehow one of the members intuitively knew I’d be a fan of the crafted chocolate milk sold in the glass jars and it blew me away lol. Also my son loves the Arizona Gunslinger hot sauce, which we can’t find anywhere else. Great store, great members!

I wanted to verify if a certain item is available in the store, but was unable to locate a search option. BashasPersonalThankYou provides information for “personal prices”, but no separate search. For example, if I want to compare a price of an item (non personal price item), to a different grocer, I should be able to locate the item. I want to know what products are available in the store, not just what’s on sale. If this option is available, it’s not easily assessable.

Fantastic service ..all the checkers know how to problem solve on the spot. Robert is a WONDERFUL help with taking groceries to my car. Robert is always smiling and has such a great sense of humor. Finally the “big man”, Scott. He knows store policy, has the ability to calm irrational customers and makes the store run smoothly. All stores should have a SCOTT!

Do not understand why you still offer me products that I don’t use or can’t use? Have not bought alcohol for 10 months now. I don’t buy Tide because I’m allergic to it. Do not have a baby in the house but I have personal offers for them.

You need to update the system to curve around what the person actually buys in your store and drop the ones that they have not bought for in six months or more.

BashasPersonalThankYou is horrible! It is very unorganized. You have to go to 3 different tabs just to access all available coupons and make sure you don’t miss a deal. I am forced to shop at Basha’s now because I moved to a small town. I miss Fry’s!! PLEASE TAKE SOME TIPS FROM THE FRY’S APP- it is absolutely amazing and so user-friendly! They even tell you which aisles you can find specific items on within the Fry’s location you are shopping at. I could go on and on listing improvements that could be made to the Basha’s app.... the entire layout needs to be re-designed.

I love your meat department and bakery. We are from Washington State and Basha’s has bar-none the best donuts and great quality meats. Both offers great products and outgoing friendly customer services. Friendly employees and service with the smile is always welcoming in my book. I’ll always buy my meats and bakery at Bashas.

It’s a great place to shop and the location can not be beat if you live in Gold Canyon. Friendly and helpful staff who sincerely want to help you enjoy your shopping experience. They also want to insure you get the best prices by helping download BashasPersonalThankYou , etc.

Not only is BashasPersonalThankYou super “buggy”, it doesn’t give me the correct price at the register. Every time I use the card, I have to call an associate over to give me the personal thank you price. And yes, I have my email address and card number synced to my app account but I still don’t receive the correct pricing. Super frustrating since you end up paying more unless you’re hyper-vigilant at the register.

It’s helpful for personal deals, digital coupons, etc., but it’s frequently slow loading and will freeze up. Nothing quite as irritating as forgetting your Thank-you Card, only to not be able to pull it up on BashasPersonalThankYou when you’re checking out.
It would be nice to have a simple way to navigate back from the weekly ads to the welcome screen in BashasPersonalThankYou , too.

I like Bashas because I like the fact that they are locally owned. And the folks who work there are always very friendly and never make me feel out of place. They are also adding to their natural and organic departments which I like!

Bashas is now a follower the recent uptick in confusing customer experiences at American Supermarkets.

Which coupon did I use? The in store paper ones that are taped up everywhere? The one in the paper ad? Did I get the Thank You card price or the new confusing “Personal Thank You” which must be activated in advance on their website. Literally five different prices in a given week for one item. I’m exhausted trying to keep track of it.

I’m tired of it. I think I’ll shop someplace else from now on.

Slow to load, difficult to move around in, and impossible to pick my item - had to pick the only item listed for the entire group! ? ! ? AND THEN , my item was described differently online than on the printed page. Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing? It took 4 attempts over a 3 hour period just to load BashasPersonalThankYou ! I loaded this crap app, to save money but the execution is SO PAINFUL, it probably wasn’t worth the effort!

I’m always happy when grocery shopping. The staff is kind and very helpful. We’re lucky to to be able to make purchases at Bashas!

Love being able to view sales and coupons before shopping.

One feature that is missing is the ability to add a Basha’s card to Apple Wallet. Having the Basha’s card there would make it much easier to scan rather than have to enter a phone number. Also good for contactless.

BashasPersonalThankYou logs you out every time there’s an update and there are lots of them. No, you cannot save the password in BashasPersonalThankYou or phone, you have to memorize it to log back in. To view the weekly add you get kicked out of BashasPersonalThankYou and are taken to safari. Weekly add should be in BashasPersonalThankYou . Not sure why anyone would need BashasPersonalThankYou other that to scan the barcode for savings, which I now have in my photos.

I have been using BashasPersonalThankYou for years and have been frustrated with it for just as long. I understand what they are trying to do but it isn’t implemented well. I go to certain areas in BashasPersonalThankYou and Pages won’t load. Looking at the weekly ad doesn’t seem to match up with my shopping list in the personal prices. BashasPersonalThankYou never opens in the store or in the parking lot. I cannot use it while at Basha’s And I’m just fed up with having to struggle with this thing. I wish they would hire someone else to redo it!

It’s nice to be able to search deals and coupons but BashasPersonalThankYou could be so much better. It would be greatly improved if you could search for in store items and see their prices like other grocery apps. Planning a grocery list would be so much easier that way. I basically forgotten about BashasPersonalThankYou since it doesn’t have what I actually wanted.

It seems like every week I have to delete and reload because BashasPersonalThankYou just won’t open 😢. It used to work just fine but within the last 6-12 months, I have some frustration (like above) or another (like comments here about it being so slow, search not functional, etc.) The store in town is my “go-to”, but BashasPersonalThankYou ? Definitely not!
