Update ruined app

No only did I have re-enroll with the newest app update; the app turns out to be pointless. After waiting for the pin that is now required for each login; it takes me to the web off the app. Because of this, I can’t do bill pay without messing w/ my privacy/security settings. Which, I’m not willing to do if they decided the webpage would be more secure than an app. The user experience has definitely gone down the drain. Don’t bother getting the app; just use the website itself.
Can’t do second account on it.

Can only use for the one account. And also if you have problem it better not be after 5 weekdays or on weekends so you will just have no access when you typically need it
