The app has issues. Consistent glitches in the interface, app crashes that require hard shut down, and user interface issues where customers don’t realize they need to confirm a second time after entering their appointment request.
TECH SUPPORT IS NONEXISTENT. The chat function says “usually respond in a few minutes” but the reality is it is hours to get a reply even in the middle of the day on a week day only to finally get a reply with no follow through. I’m very Disapointed. I pay for this service and I expect more. This is run like somebody’s high school programming class did it.

Over the past 6 months I have grown weary with this app. The app will display a blank page when I am trying to see my appointments or reschedule a client. When I attempt to schedule personal appointments by using the plus sign located on the right of the page it just goes from vertical to horizontal without allowing me to input content.
In order to remedy this I have to restart my phone. I thought it was my carriers issue but it isn’t it’s Visibook. The only reason I have not deleted the app is because I don’t have technical assistance with inputting all of my clients and services on a new app, otherwise Visibook would be a app of my past.

I used this app for 2 months and kept running into issues with my clients...
1. Reminders are sent a day before, I would like to send them when I need them, 2 hours before their appointment so they can have a chance to cancel or confirm.
2. Customers found service/product options confusing and there was nowhere for me to inform them on how to book before they booked.
Those are make it or brake it things for me, I'm moving in to the next app.
